Trubisky playing time against the Jaguars
dollars 2 donuts replied to maryland-bills-fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I may quote the great Mahatma Gandhi, "I got a bad feeling about this." I don't think we are going to be in for the type of game that many think it is going to be. Please let me be wrong. -
Solid, Gunner. However, please know that if I converse with anyone outside of this thread in the real world about this topic I am going to reiterate what I said, but also then take credit for your comments, claiming them as my own. It just makes me look smarter. Referencing you would just muck things up and in my world no one knows who you are. Don't be mad, brother, it's just 2021. 😂

I agree with points all of you make, but I am just going to jump in here for merper, but he doesn't really need me to hop in. I believe when merper referenced an 18 month old at home it wasn't a comment about that night, but rather that he isn't a kid, per se anymore. He's young, but he IS a dad. He has responsibilities that go beyond himself and his own "invincibility" or behavior. and maybe the phrase makers have been wrong recently. Maybe the most important "ability" is responsibility. Along with the all time reigning phrase champion...nothing good happens after 2 A.M. Utter tragedy for those involved that we all know didn't need to happen.

NFL Trade Deadline: The Bills Trade Rumors Thread
dollars 2 donuts replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is a blast. ….but when it’s over and the result is you’re left by the car with your shirt askew, alone (no player, no picks) and have to ask yourself, “wait, what did I just do?” -
NFL Trade Deadline: The Bills Trade Rumors Thread
dollars 2 donuts replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
The problem with this thread, and the problem in general Ingo is that it gets our minds wandering. Actually, it gets us fantasizing about the potential out there. It’s like draft day. You can think about a ton of different prospects, but in the end when you have one pick in a round that’s the only pick you get, like it or not. …and in this instance we don’t even know if we have a pick! -
Trubisky to KC for Mahomes? He would be on our team, but we could still make fun of him for being a back up. "Pat...PAT! Josh needs some Gatorade, buddy! If you're not doing anything how about ya chase one down for him?!" It is a tremendous waste of money and not even doable, but possibly worth it just for the snark.

I can't explain it as it cuts both ways, but am I the only one that wants to throw up right now? My sphincter is tightened up to about 11 right now and my sphincter never tightens up, at least not to 11. I don't need this on trade deadline day. We never used to have this. My caboose is a victim of the Bills' success, I tell ya!

I am not saying this is going to happen, Royale, but it is kind of funny to me thinking that the Chiefs and the Pats could be battling for the last playoff spot. If I am picking right now I am obviously still thinking Bills, Baltimore, Titans, Raiders (for now) with the division titles and Chargers and honestly still the Bengals as they are generally playing good ball at 5 and 6. 7? Pats, Chiefs, Steelers or Browns, if they comeback or right the ship? Get your nachos* ready. * Popcorn? Popcorn for football...really? I don't think so.

Question about the Bass 57 yard FG....

Oh boy, Doc, I also remember him making that kick against those guttersnipes of Mount Worthlessness and swallowers of ineptitude gruel and chum soup. -
Beasley a Important Cog in the Bills Wheel to Success !
dollars 2 donuts replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
tangentially related...Man MAJ, Diggs, Beasely, Knox, Sanders, Davis and throw in at times iMcK, Moss out of the backfield, also Sweeney and doses of Kumerow... ...in short, we should be throwing for 400 yards a game, every game, regardless of what the other team ALLOWS US to do. Impose Your Will -

Agree, but he was on pace for more than 90 receptions this year before having to "step up" because Knox was out. -

Beasely has 192 receptions in 37 regular season games for this team. A gawdy 5.2 grabs a game average over two and half seasons. 2019 - 67 2020 - 82 2021 - 43 Tied for 15th in receptions this year in a weirdly determined "down" year for him by some. I am not bringing up the other stuff about him, at all. And in sticking to the football side of things I will say that I was confounded by the simple "get rid of him, he's replaceable" mentality by some. In defending the player I believe I used the Ray Sheppard / Donald Audette "run them out of town" Sabres examples. It is perfectly fine as a fan to want someone off the team for a particular reason that is important to you. However, for the love of all get out, at least be reasonable and have open eyes in your evaluation of that player and to what level of player you are ridding yourself. Go Bills. -

I’m against this thread. I think it’s wrong to think or wish harm on an opponent’s knees.

I would so love to take you up on those tickets, Promo, but we have a couples religious study on Saturday. My wife would be cool with me missing it, but I wouldn’t. I want to send the right message to my wife and family. GO BULLS!

No, my wise and respected friend. It is actually gullibility by Zona for thinking that someone like Watt wasn’t going to break down quickly. We dodged a bullet, regardless of his good early play. Sorry for the guy, though.
