  1. I know it still happened earlier in this season, but I am missing the days where we ***** slap teams for at least 35 points, easy. Boy, we could use that tomorrow, regardless of any ready made excuses.
  2. Weirdly thinking the same thing, H2O. I am not being judgy, but I just would love to eventually see Singletary “win” a game this year. 20 Carrie’s for 130, 5 grabs for 60 and a total of three tds. Sure it’s a lot, but I would love to see it.
  3. As good as your posts are, Virgil, this is just next level on your part. It is in the pantheon of posts. Thank you.
  4. Gentlemen, thank you. ...man...that is a big deal. Very cool. That helps. However, and we already knew this, but we have to run the table against the East. A buddy of mine sent me calculations (from whoever does it, forwarded by Joe DiBiase) that says if the Bills win these next 3 division games they 95% chance to win the East and a 58% chance at home field advantage. LET'S GO!!!
  5. Agreed, Success, keeping in mind, though, the Bills still can’t really finish tied with Miami. Even beating them isn’t enough given our two divisional losses. My apologies if they lost a division game when Tua was down, I just can’t remember. Absolutely crazy to think the Bills could finish even 13-4 and yet potentially be on the road throughout the playoffs.
  6. It’s what good teams do. Not even being coy or flippant.
  7. I’m going to get my listen in when I wake up early to make breakfast for the whole family. (you’re not the only one that can humble brag, YOLO. 😂 jk, brother)
  8. I know know there was at least 1 guy. We’ll see how this goes, but thank you very much, good Sir.

  10. Including some credit for the victory over the Vikings at home. 2014 that is...he was absolutely huge on 2nd and 20, with 27 seconds left in that game with a 29 yard grab down to the 1 that set up the Watkins TD.
  11. I believe currently we would be headed to Baltimore for Wild Card Weekend...I mean...they were the Browns.
  12. Warrior...man, I love iMcK and he, despite the 4 tds, has been so disappointing this season. I remember the Miami season finale '20. I remember the Pats no punt game...the first no punt game (ha-ha- * U, Pats!). I remember the successful reverses and running plays. Just frustrating as a fan. As noted by B-Cubed, we are strapped right now...not even "Next Bill Up," as it is mores so "Every Bill Available Up!"
  13. Don't be ridiculous, Dan. The Bills D would have stop them inside our own 1 yard line with time left for us to run a simple QB sneak and let the clock run out.
  14. Yes…and that research all came pretty darn quickly. However, if memory serves he did get a second opinion. maybe the bills were optimistic and the second doctor said f that, shut it down? again…my caveats were all placed in my post. There wasn’t a lot of asking, by anyone, afterwards. they’ve loosened them. Could they be even loser? Maybe.
  15. No lie, Chevy, I would carry it everywhere around the house with me. ….everywhere.
  16. Oh come on now, Chewie, it was just a message board text and although I would be honored by a Nobel Prize I think that is blowing things way out of proportion, but thank you. I don’t need the high praise of the European elites when I am quite content with the goofs on I get here, all with narrow vision to the caveats indicated in the post. There I’d have to wait weeks and months. Here I just need the early morning coffee drinkers and surfers feeling so outraged and having access to a keyboard. Go Bills!
  17. Not a doctor, not claiming to be and also not judging. I know you don’t fool around with this stuff. They know a lot and I know next to nothing. …now that’s out of the way I was disappointed that they put Hyde on IR so quickly and we’re so concerned with next Bill up and filling spots. Forgive me, but as fired up as I was about the season then to lose Hyde seemed to portend not only other bad luck things for this team in the future, but gave me that same sick feeling when we lost Tre…that feeling of, “I love this team, they’re great, but this one is going to matter greatly with respect to going forward to the ultimate goal.” It has been 53 days since Hyde’s successful September 29th surgery. 8 weeks is Thanksgiving, and the next game would be the following Thursday against New England. I know it’s the neck, but it wasn’t a leg injury where the actual tracking and ability of the skill of the player would be impaired, especially after recovery. Safety comes first. Caution is king. …but medicine and history matter, too. The Patriots game is 9 weeks from surgery. Getting a sense now, weeks later, and then putting him on IR if things weren’t going well given the recovery time wasn’t that long and the risk in waiting would have been fine, but that’s just me. Training camp is going to start roughly 40 weeks after surgery. Go Bills. EDIT: before any responses have come in, respectfully, as you read the above please remember that I indicated you could put him on IR now…possibly even sooner.
  18. yeah, but he will sign somewhere, it will be a big story, and he was beneficial to the Rams for more than just what he did, but also what defenses were worried about what he was going to do.
  19. Before I got here and read these I thought that if the Bills beat the Vikes next week and go to 8-1 in the next two Sundays it’s hard to see him not ending up here. It’s either going to be the most money or best team that gets him. If we want him it would help to keep lighting up the scoreboard.
  20. There is a likelihood, granted a small likelihood, that this is the greatest post in the TSW’s 20 or so year history. The Wall’s checkers should be able to verify this quickly but I am comfortable in awarding it here. I love it. God bless, get well my friend, and go Bills.
  21. Honestly, Dude. Wasn't it like 7-8 from the start of the season if you count Tre?
  22. Some of us are still around who remember...and who actually went to the games, to know how good Bob McAdoo was. Spoiled time for us. OJ's 2,000 and league mvp in 73, Sabres in the finals in 74-75, Mc MVP in 75. Good stuff. Good memories.
  23. Back in the day when punters weren't good, he was great. I hate that my world is less and less populated by those who so intrigued me and caught my attention as a kid. RIP, Sir.
  24. So much for the failed Hodgins experiment. Thanks a lot, Beane! Just kidding, and glad the young man signed on to be up on the squad. Congrats to him. Two things, though, it is a little frustrating just in the sense that we worked him up and yes we don't have toe space right now, but he is going to give that skill to another team. Petty, I know, but still. The other thing is, I love Dabol...but he is starting to get on my nerves. Develop your own talent, joker. 😁 BTW, I am not really listening to the "we did that with Carolina" thing. On the field what long term talent did we get from them? Benjamin? Star?
  25. @Mr Wild Switched my beer emoji to an awesome, because this is just great useless and yet extremely interesting information that I absolutely love knowing. Honestly, Dude, fantastic. I've forwarded it to my friends.
