  1. Thanks eball. In something I read over the weekend it was nonchalantly stated he was on IR and I didn't remember the Bills actually doing it.
  2. Football related with Hamlin and my apologies as I may have missed it. Is he on injured reserves right now? If he is does that mean he is done for the season (technically) and can't come back even if he were cleared at some point, or is IR different in the playoffs? Again, sorry if missed.
  3. My only disagreement with you, Einstein, is that I honestly believe he is at best a 2b. I think either in the draft or in FA we have to find a better compliment to Diggs.
  4. Cincy will be tough Why no talk about the Phins? Because they suck b***s
  5. It’s real, it’s well earned and it is woefully under what was expected going into the season and there is no good excuse for it, as well as giving him a pass on his drops is like saying it’s ok for a goalie to have a low save percentage. 70, 78, 82, 79, 73 and 68 are the #2 wide receiver totals by the AFC playoff teams.
  6. 45 receptions in 15 games and about 55% catch ratio is not even yeoman effort for the supposed #2 receiver on a team that is supposed to be a super bowl contender with a QB who is routinely in consideration for MVP status. Enough of this garbage and excuses that week and and week out is made for someone who is “spectacular”, briefly, once every 150-180 minutes on the clock. ”oh, you can’t enjoy a win.” yes I can and it was great, but I want a super bowl.
  7. Very respectfully, I know the history and that’s why I stated it and I didn’t stutter when I typed what I wrote. I respect you thoughts and upvoted you, but I stand by what I wrote. I actually also think you are undervaluing what I mean when I say a better Josh Allen and Diggs. They make a big difference. At times the seem to make all the difference that matters. And right now I’d take last year’s 11-6 team and 2020’s 13-3 over this team. Beating the Chiefs was forever and numerous injuries ago. love’em. Cheer like mad for them. Will hope for a super bowl from them, but my feelings remain the same on it. Go Bills.
  8. That’s ok, we can afford another injury.
  9. This is the 2019 Bills with a better Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs. Sorry. I love them and will cheer like crazy, but that’s it. Flaws everywhere…everywhere on this team. Defense, Offense, offensive line, defense against the pass (heck, sometimes against the run), WR, OC. They are MY team, but it just is so flawed. Not that they can’t do some damage, but still. Go Bills!
  10. Davis might honestly be the worst #2 of any team in the playoffs. …which is not very encouraging. So tired of it being on Allen and Diggs all the time through the air and then once every 4-5 weeks Davis does something impersonating a #2. Thankfully there has been more Knox in the second half of the season. EDIT: and respectfully, fyi, Davis is the 87th leading receiver in the league with Allen at QB.
  11. The Dolphins are toast Over the Hill, Penguin stew Bring on the Bengals
  12. With this Josh Allen becomes the only QB in NFL history with a winning record against Bills Belichek in 8 or more starts. 6-5
  13. Everybody seems to be ignorantly leaving out DaVonte Adams in all this. His first name spelled backwards is EtonVaD, which in Latin means “ham line”, or ham-lin if shortened to its vernacular of the time (500 AD). Go Raiders! Go Bills! Go #3!
  14. Go get’em, Stidham!
  15. I can’t argue with that. watch me try:… … … …sssssstop it. See, absolute failure on my part. Go Bills!
  16. Hmm, the game is likely to be considered or end up a no-contest game, with Buffalo and Cincy finishing with 16 games and Schefter is now reporting that one possible option is to have one of the playoff games (the championship game) be played at a neutral location. I seem to remember someone starting a thread late Monday/early Tuesday, suggesting close to as much concerning the 16 games and a neutral site (second round) game, but within 10 minutes or so the whole thread was deleted and as usual without explanation. I guess maybe I should have said DiMaggio? Still, I would be sort of fine with what Schefter is saying, but there are seeming options for the residing number 1 which need to be a little more clear.
  17. Steve, I can’t remember whether it was Clark or not, but it went something like this, “24…When I was 24 I didn’t even think I could die.” How we are in our youth…my goodness that just hits so close to home on how blindsided by this we are and and how it is for those young men.
  18. Come on, my friend. No one is saying that…It is not all that they care about. All can hold this young man and his family and teammates in their hearts while also bringing up other subjects relevant to the board. And I, for likely more than one, think this strong, kind and faithful young man is going to be right as rain soon.
  19. I posted about this last night and the post got pulled, although I believe I showed all due respect at the moment. if it finishes: KC 14-3, buf 13-3, Cincy 12-4, then the 1, 2 and 3 seeding is fine. However, my suggestion was if the Bills meet the Bengals in the second round it should maybe be at a neutral site. Right or wrong, I don’t know, but it would be the classy and fair thing to do, also given how much Cincy was on board with, “no we are done tonight.”
  20. Crazy after you see them up close that New England came a stupid fumble away from beating them a couple of weeks back.
  21. Replayed for my wife, because she didn’t see it, or wasn’t sure what happened. compliments to the Bengals staff as it appears one of the staff on the field quickly call for medical services. Might and hopefully saved his life.
  22. Simon, I swear I thought I saw that, too.
