Obviously, in the weeks leading up to the season, I was thinking 5-11, but I just think it is impossible (knock on wood) for us to not win at least 3 games in the first half, and like you said, I can see 4-4 easily. Throw in only 3 truly problematic games in the second half (Tenn, Jack - hey, they are tough down there and played well against the boys, Atlanta), hope that Indie has nothing to play for, and that puts 4-5 games at least in play, in my opinion.

SDS, I hear ya, but I'll tell ya we've waited so long to a complimentary back system (going back to Davis and Thurman) and we have NO BACK-UPS after these two that I think you hurt yourself greatly through subtraction. Both guys can run, both can catch. I know there is only one ball, but we really do need both guys, almost as much as we need help in other positions.

If it wasn't for the sped up clock in my Madden 10 game last night I would have been getting plays off in 10-15 seconds. You left out a very important fact: with Jake Cutler at QB. Even though they were only one game better, it is just not the same. Additionally, if they pay he right off the bat (which they must do to keep him happy) that is going to create problems at WR for this year. Which #1 receiver, Evans, Marshall or Owens are you going to tell to play the slot. Ignoring his personal problems and lets say the bills do want him, then fine, lets talk taboo here (unless someone mentioned earlier), that is, as part of the package trade Owen's to Denver along with the draft pick and another player. You void congestion at WR, eject 6.5 million in salary, and have two start receivers for the next 5 years, or so.
