  1. Guys, at what point do you give JT second team reps?
  2. I know it is early but if this continues I agree. I am not up for the whole Smith is a veteran and can do STs argument.
  3. The last thing I needed to see was Easley making this wr roster more difficult to decide...but I'll take it!
  4. One of the things I am happiest about is that they knew EJ needed work and left him in there. He is rookie who is supposed to be the starter sooner rather than later. In short...F the preset number of snaps in preseason game 1.
  5. Nice half, have a seat young man.
  6. Man, we should have picked Von Miller!! ...waits for it...waits for it.
  7. Agreed. Even over these 13 years the lowest we have finished is 29th...is that a ringing endorsement? Obviously not. However, I have problems registering this team as the second worst in all of football.
  8. I love Lamp. ...and I love Brick.
  9. What KJ said...great big gobs of what KJ said above.
  10. I hear ya, fear the same and hope the same. BTW, the two oldest franchises to move after staying put in one place are the New York Giants (74 years, 1883-1957) and the Brooklyn Dodgers (67 years, 1890-1957)...I really don't want to see the Bills third on the list at 60 years, or so.
  11. I'm glad people are starting to talk about this kid. Thanks, PTR.
  12. The thing is, guys, that these are still schools. I mean it just seems funny to attach institutes of higher education with their names, mascots and "educational traditions" to this. On a strained tangential analogy what if the Bills and a few other NFL teams became the "Any drugs...any time" portion of the league? How prideful would you be?
  13. I believe that was Thurman's only 200 yard game. EDIT: BTW on a tangent, didn't Thurman also run for 100 and receive for 100 yards one time against the Dolphins at home? I think it was '91.
  14. ...that memory of your dad being happy is just about as good as any. I loved seeing my dad happy after Bills games and miss that to this day.
  15. Thank you, Nuch, for representing. I was not alive for the '64 and '65 championship games but those are the first games I thought of when reading the OP's list. ...but man do I have a blast at the 1980 season opener against the Phins!!! I will never forget that as long as I live, as well as the comeback, of which I was also in attendance.
  16. ...Oh yes, they will all be put to good use. Thank you, SJBF!
  17. I don't think the stats are padded, and I do want Byrd on this team. However, long before this post you could have put in me in the, "9 interceptions in 3 years how much money do you want?!" group.
  18. SJBF...greatest. link. ever. I will use it.
  19. R.I.P., but enjoy your reunion with your wife.
  20. I researched this a couple of years ago, but I haven't necessarily kept track so please forgive me if I am off by a team or two. Last year the Baltimore Orioles made MLB's post season and the Florida Panthers did, as well in the NHL. The Pittsburgh Pirates were 51-30 at the halfway point of this season and if they get into the playoffs this year it will be their first trip there since 1991, I believe. Meaning, if my memory serves me, that the Pirates will be the last major professional American sports franchise to make their sport's playoffs since the Bills last made it in 1999. ...further meaning all 121 other pro sports teams have done in the last 14 years what the Bills have failed to do. Again, I could be wrong. It has nothing to do with the upcoming season and no rip on the franchise here. Just an annoying little anomaly that I hope comes to an end soon. GO BILLS!
  21. Agreed...man this the stupidest thing on the face of the planet.
  22. The cake is a lie. Some will get it, some won't.
