  1. 5.25 million per...If I am remembering the news correctly from this morning that is in line with the 10th rated guard money. He is better than that, but older. Yeah, I think that is a a livable deal.
  2. I like the idea of him going to the Rams.
  3. Honestly, that would be sad and disappointing. I would like to see him land on his feet somewhere with a reasonable chance of turning things around or helping out. He should be Romo's back-up, maybe.
  4. When the LAPD gets done with it I believe they are going to charge the construction worker due to the finger print evidence.
  5. Are we to take this as the off duty Po-Po being at fault for the incident?
  6. May Day, Manning really wasn't my favorite player for a number of years. His tail spin starting in 2014 has influenced me a little bit, but just a little. For years (and probably still now) the player I would start a team with is John Elway.
  7. My mind on Brady over the last few years has changed. Honestly, I think he is one of the greatest QBs in NFL history and maybe one of the top 5 guys you should think of when starting a franchise. That being said, he is also an insufferably little b****, isn't he?
  8. The thing is I believe Kyle being hurt last year is part of the reason the defense dropped off so much, not just the change in scheme from Rex. I think you need one, maybe two more years out of him.
  9. I hear ya, qblax16, but I am with TT concerning the above. Additionally, and forgive me if I am missing something, but isn't Mario going to be 19 million against our cap if we keep him? Considering he may want out I doubt he is going to do a thing to reduce that amount unless it is coughing up more money to him now, which I don't think is a good investment, nor benefits us cap wise going forward.
  10. Honestly, you know who would work in Denver with that great defense and that thin air? ...Fitz.
  11. "Look, we are not going to use it as an excuse, but losing Shady during these first six games hasn't been any help. That being said, we get him back this week ready to go and we hope to right this ship. We'll be right back in at 4-4 if we can win the next two weeks." Rex and/or Doug - October, 2016. Built in excuses are sweet.
  12. Ed, I respectfully disagree. If he throws a fairly pedestrian pass to the top of the Bronco "C" this game is going to OT. Can't believe I'm saying this, but Brady panicked and it cost them everything. It's so awesome!!
  13. Yeah, just like the way the way the Giants did in Super Bowl XXV. I still can't believe this man was out of a job. Here's hoping he gets a ring.
  14. With the inclusion of this move as well as the addition of Rex's brother, I am gladly waiting for the NFL to pick up the phone, call the Bills and say, "Screw whatever you want. You ARE the next team on Hard Knocks. Deal with it." I can't even remotely imagine that there is a more interesting team out there to focus in on.
  15. Dear The Real Buffalo Joe, BITE ME!!!!! Sincerely, Amy Adams (Five Oscar noms, five oscar losses)
  16. Respectful correction: Future Jack was telling present Jack that he didn't have all the details about future Jack's life. He was pointing out all the positives and then states that the NFL team he was going to own was the Bills...the comment from future Jack, and present Jack's reaction above, is a big positive a big positive. Oh, and also, the Bills are shown at least twice in the Rocky Bleier Story, a TV movie from the 80s starring Robert Urich...miss that guy.
  17. Dear TSW, Don't worry about this too much. It will pass. Sincerely, Willis McGahee
  18. Of any comment that has ever been made about possibly being on Hard Knocks, CH's above is what resonates with me the most. ...or at least as much as my fall back argument. That being that Hard Knocks almost made me a fan of the Dolphins. Let me repeat that: Hard Knocks almost made me a fan of the Dolphins. It is good exposure for this team.
  19. It's not just hindsight for what Harvin didn't do this year, or what Brandon is doing now, but rather I thought he was a good receiver that could have been had for cheap (trade wise) and a reasonable contract. Right now he is almost 9 million per, for the Jets. I think the Bills could have done better, contract wise. Regardless of what other things you think might have gone wrong with this season, losing what Harvin brought to the table that early into the season hurt. What do you think the Bills would have been like with Marshall the last 10 games?
  20. I know, right? Remember the days when you could at least reasonably trust certain sources with some sports rumors? Now we get, "Kate Upton to try out as Bengals kicker" ...a stretch, but still.
  21. Jeepers, by comparison this makes us look like a fairly inept football organization. ...Jeepers, by comparison if you also did this with the other 120 professional North American sports franchises this would make us look fairly inept as a pro sports franchise.
  22. No offense gentlemen...I don't' know, maybe some offense, but many of these posts are difficult to take seriously. Me? I'd rather be the team that is 10-5 and plays its heart out and wins when it has to including beating the Pats and Giants, and has a coach who puts opposing QB's under pressure and an Offensive coordinator who gets his team to score tds, even with Fitzy at the helm and a headcoach who has his head on straight and wherein as a fan I could get excited about maybe going to the playoffs this year. ...but I'm whacky like that. Please, though, where are my manners, let us hear more about the 2016 Bills from the 2015 fans the same way we did from the 2000 fans, 2001 fans, 2002 fans, 2003 fans, 2004 fans, 2005 fans, 2006 fans, 2007 fans, 2008 fans, 2009 fans, 2010 fans, 2011 fans, 2012 fans, 2013 fans and 2014 fans.
