  1. I hate the fact that these are solid points. Well said, JR...you jerk. jk, but not about the compliment!
  2. I feel bad for all those wgr guys...what can you say for hours about the Sabres?? I'd just talk about the Cleveland Indians.
  3. Thank you for that. What we expected from a pro like him.
  4. I was, and... ...this. Man, not one playoff win.
  5. No thank you, I already did. ...and I think it was about 1,000 posts. 200 pages would be ridiculous and farcical.
  6. Sorry, Bray, I think you're misunderstanding "Sell" (or maybe I am!). what people mean is they don't want or are getting rid of the concept that Tolbert isn't any good. They don't want that in their portfolio. Get rid of that investment that says "Tolbert can't do things".
  7. Buy - Jordan Matthews is a number one who can help this Bills team. Sell - The Buffalo Bills are the worst 1-0 team in all of football and many winless teams deserve to be in front of them. Hold - Tyrod seems better, but still appears to have an issue concerning seeing the open play.
  8. KBF, I think we were also top 5, maybe as high as 3, when we beat the Pats and went to 3-0 with Fitzy.
  9. Nuch. Nuuuuccch!! Come on, buddy, let us have this time because after the loses this just ain't happening.
  10. Reality. 8-8 and picking somewhere in the middle in May of 18.
  11. Funny thing I believe it is like that one site said this off season: the key maybe week five in Cincinnati. Lose that one and staying the course in the other games really just makes us an average team. However, CIncy's poor showing in week one was almost as encouraging to me for the Bills as starting 1-0. Yes, both were quite surprising. Ya know this is ridiculous and frustrating looking at that division. Regardless of this thread I have no delusions about the Bills. However, in the AFC South one or two wins in a row will make you the class of that division, put you in the drivers seat, and you get praise heaped upon you by the networks. ...I hate the Patriots. EDIT: We do play the Bucs after our bye. Side Note: I believe this will be only the third regular season game the Bucs have played in Buffalo in their 42 year history.
  12. Come on, CB, I really did break it down one game at a time! Hell, I'm even thinking 8-6 is a real possibility...Playoff thoughts at Christmas!!!!!!!!
  13. Beat the Jets, Lose to Carolina, find a way to Beat a good Broncos D at home, Lose to the Falcons, go on the road to Win against what appears to be a bad looking Bengals team, find a way to Win a winnable game at home against the Bucs, Lose to the Raiders, then Beat the Jets again. I know the second half is brutal, but it would be nice to still be in it at 5-3 at mid season. I mean, seriously, we are not even talking upsets here.
  14. What if, though? What if they beat Carolina? Even if it is ugly, what then? Coming home at 2-0?
  15. Man, did history deal you a tough card, SDS. Enjoy brother!
  16. I think this should be a reoccurring pinned thread, good or bad. I am serious. I usually check out where the Bills are, stat wise, on Sunday evening or Monday morning. It would be very convenient if someone kept up with this weekly. ...and it would be even better if it wasn't me.
  17. I believe I agree with you. Man, matty, can you imagine if we had the same guy we had during his contract year? I am not saying I would be "optimistic" for this team's chances this year, but let's say I would be more optimistic than I am right now.
  18. OK. Which one of us is going to sit down and have a talk with Dareus about....ya know...trying. I will say this about the man, when he is on and he is up he is one of those who raises everyone around him up. If we had the Dareus from his banner year, oh man, look out.
  19. "Knock-knock." "Who's there?" "0-1" "Oh, hi Tom."
  20. Actually, it is too early to speculate. It just doesn't make mudge difference now. Man, I hate New England. Man, I'm loving this.
  21. THIS IS 40!!! Hey first place, we'll see you on Sunday night...no, no. No one else, just us. Bills, table for one.
  22. Not so bad when we are in sole possession of first place on Sunday night.
  23. Indeed. So happy I could cry.
  24. I guess 14 million dollars gets you shuffling of feet and grabs for excuses on 70 plus yard TDs. Edit: oh, and what is getting left out is that he is generally average in zone coverage.
  25. LeSean McCoy Look, I don't think the Bills are doing too much this year. With everyone mostly healthy I'm thinking between 5-11 and 7-9. That said, and even if you put everything else aside including a seemingly improved D and and at least competent QB in TT, I just don't know how you can look at any team with McCoy at RB and say, "this is the second worst team in all of football." The 2010 Bills were quite simply and absolutely dreadful and they still finished with 4 wins and in 30th place. I don't love this team, but it is worlds better than that team, even if "worlds" is defined as 1 or 2 more wins.
