  1. Bb81, I can't believe that as of right now I am not thrilled to play any team in our division. Meanwhile, 4-3 and barely beating the Browns gets you a divisional lead around this league. I hate the Pats and the Phins and jets are a combined 8-6 by Thursday.
  2. The freaking Dolphins playing the dreadful Ravens. Weirdly (and thankfully) the Bills are still in a playoff spot at that time. We have to keep this going. Badly, badly we need this win against the Raiders and then against the Jets. Welcome to the AFC East, one of the toughest divisions in football. Darn it.
  3. We don't get many Vlad The Impaler references on the TSW. I like it...it shows we are knowledgeable and well rounded.
  4. Agreed. That's OUR Ice Bowl 67. Been here for years.
  5. IB, honestly, how is this something the pack never contemplated before? This is where (I'm gonna take heat for this) Fitzy would have made sense. Edit: and yes, the Pack are my second favorite team of all time.
  6. Badly need a win this week, but more badly we need him ready for the Raiders. At least we signed Barnidge to help out at TE...oh wait.
  7. I agree...seriously, these are big. BW , I know it's crazy but just let me get this out...should they be 8-2 headed in to KC...I will kick back and almost laugh...go ahead KC and Patriots, beat us as I almost don't give two *****. Even though the division or conference would be on the line I would honestly be just so please in knowing we were so close. Don't get me wrong, I want to win, but I am OK with an 8-2 that ends up being an 11-5 finish.
  8. This was a bit of my fear, that they think about "the room"* (which IS important, don't get me wrong) more than immediately helping out the team. That is why we don't have more effective RBs or WRs on this team. * Please note, in this instance "the room" is in reference to the locker room and note the Tommy Wiseau classic "The Room": "I did not hit her! That is bull***! It's not true! I did not hit her! She is lying! I did NOT!...Oh, hi Mark."
  9. Why is Barnidge not a Buffalo Bill as of this morning?
  10. It was nice on the ipad, but yes, I really do miss being able to get record about 5-6 games and then watch them during the week and weekend. Just don't understand what the deal is...why you can't show them on channels that are empty during the week.
  11. How do you not love a team and a coaching staff that realizes they have a great TE on their squad and then decides to use him? If memory serves me, and please correct me if I am wrong, in Sammy Watkins' first ever game against the Patriots he was targeted only three times...and I believe he may have caught a TD. ...it's like when they first used to use OJ as decoy...ridiculous. So glad for this group of coaches.
  12. Honestly, I watched. He did look good on Sunday. He still shouldn't be here, but he looked capable for the Raiders. If he wins someone from here should go over there, to Oakland's threads, and suggest he start over Carr.
  13. nucci, I watched the Bills game and the Patriots game on the ST app. Thank you, again.
  14. win win win, win, win, win-win. This thread is simply full of win. Bravo!
  15. Heck, I'm willing to make the argument for 8-1. However, even while rewatching the Atlanta game on short cuts I was still seriously getting stressed out thinking they were going to lose on the last drive.
  16. Ya know, you are right and I agree with you, and I am not saying it is going to happen, but for the first time this year...how about we beat the S*** out of somebody? GO BILLS!
  17. Oh, I don't have to pat myself on the back, simool. Your annoyance and non-response to my post is all the back rub I need. Feels good! Thanks man!
  18. If your form holds then I think it either has to be the Bucs or New Orleans...probably New Orleans. Oh man, so am I.
  19. Back to the question, which I should have made clearer...I should have put it in the title...oh wait... Was the loss to Carolina a good loss, in that it changed our offense?
  20. Look, I am just going to say it right out: I think Jonathon Williams should be the back up RB on this team instead of, or in front of, Mike Tolbert. TSW: What do you know? What makes you think you know more than the coaches? Get outta here! D2D: I know what my eyes tell me, and he looked equal to or better than Tolbert in the preseason and I like Tolbert less and less so far this regular season. TSW: You're an idiot! Trust the Process! We heart McBean. D2D: I love them, too, and I kind of trust the process, as well. However, during the preseason I thought they should stop trying to put a square peg into a round hole with TT on offense if he was going to be their starter. After week two McDermott seemed to decide, "hey, how about we wait until next year with our round hole offense until we get a round peg QB?" I knew it, they didn't, and I'm JAG.
  21. John, I hear, but for argument sake that's not necessarily true...even for the Patriots last year. Garopolo (spelling) did fine, but when they got to Jacoby, of course not so much.
  22. Agreed, and I agree with you first point, which wasn't copied in this response.
  23. We all know that loss was the obvious lynch pin for them to say, "OK, we were dreadful on offense (still) and we are going to continue to get pummeled very soon if we don't change things up." If Zay and TT connect on that pass in the Carolina game, and we start 2-0, I honestly think this team really could be 2-2 now as they would have likely stayed the course at that point. What say you?
  24. 2015: If Shady goes down how comfortable are you with Karlos Williams? 2016: If Shady goes down how comfortable are you with Jonathon Williams? 2017: IF Shady goes down how comfortable are you with Mike Tolbert? ...my comfort level has easily decreased over the years.
  25. Why is this such a bad topic to talk about it? It is a good question. Hell, there are teams around the league that have two headed monsters at running back, wherein they may lose a starter, but have a more than capable back up. Lately, I've seen teams splitting duties with their RBs with pretty good success. As mediocre as the recent Bills have been, I can't remember back to when we were weaker at the RB position beyond our starter.
