  1. I hear ya, DD, but it seems like it is more than a broken leg or a bump on the head...just from the feel of everything.
  2. Side note: I understand the disappointment that some of you have with Taylor, but I just don't get the hate. Is or has there ever been any indication that he is not a good guy or that he hates Buffalo and the Bills? Some of you guys act like he slept with your sister and then never called her again.
  3. At least we have quality depth on the offense.
  4. I mean it is a good point, but honestly, BMHLL, I just wanted to compliment you on your avatar of Lee Marvin as Ben from Paint Your Wagon.
  5. Man, Monday night football, Kelly throws 3 Ints in the first quarter and I still think he threw 4-5 TDs in a win over Cincy.
  6. I'm sorry if I missed someone mentioning it early, but what about the 800 lb gorilla in the room? Is the systems analyst who was fired Dunkirk Don's source?
  7. Man, if only we had just sweetened the pot to Jacksonville...scaredy-cats thinking their receiver was going to be gone if they traded with us. ...and, correct me if I am wrong...if we don't trade the following year's 1st round pick to move up for Losman we would have been able to pick up Aaron Rodgers at that spot?
  8. Honestly, I think at some point, sooner rather than later, Cleveland is going to start to rise, especially with the combination of picks and veterans (if they get them). Who the hell doesn't want a quality tackle* which Glenn is (* if healthy)? I think they could be a 5-6 win team in 2018.
  9. Maybe a no brainer, Yolo? A first, a second, a fourth (or the extra fifth) in 2018, a third in 2019, Glenn and Tyrod for their 4? They have cap space. They pick up two additional picks, this year (3 total), as well as a starting tackle and a bridge QB. 5 for 1.
  10. Yep, these are some winners. Thank you, gentlemen. i honestly had to look up who Zolak was and I'm an older guy. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I truly didn't know remember him. Only after reading about him did I remember. Scott, umm...thanks, I guess?
  11. Tre White could be in that top 5. No way out of the top 10 if they went that far.
  12. 7 straight AFC Championship games. I haven't done 7 straight anything in my life.
  13. Thumbs up on this as it is usually a pretty good Super Bowl when the Pats are in it. Going off memory they won their first three each by 3 points. They lost the two to the Giants in truly amazing super bowls. beat the Seahawks in a "punch myself in the face as hard as I can b/c I can't believe what I just saw" fashion, and then won the greatest SB comeback ever, in overtime. Honestly, if Philly decided not to play in the game and had Tampa go in their place the Pats would win 28-24.
  14. Happy Bday TSW! Man, I thought I was late to the party when I signed up back in 2003.
  15. Amen. #timesupmcdermott. #sarcasmisawesome
  16. I hear you. I was just making the point with BIll. Hey, hindsight doesn't even have to be 20/20...why he wasn't the choice to coach this team back in '15 I'll never know. EDIT: Matt, I meant to give you the thumbs up earlier, not the laugh. that was a click mistake. EDIT 2: wait, I did want to do the laugh as I liked that "I like him" comment. I wish we could give two!
  17. I love Schwartz, but just FYI, Bill did take Cleveland to the playoffs during his time there.
  18. I'll just go there. "Dilly Dilly!"
  19. I was high on Petermen and I was willing to give him a break after San Diego. Therefore you'd think I wouldn't judge him harshly for not leading them to at least a tie situation against the Jags. No. I'm still going to be hard on him because he didn't. In his three appearance at the plate he's: thrown five pics; got concussed: not necessarily his fault, but a little; and inspired and showed utterly nothing in Jacksonville. typing this for the first time...he sucks and I'll continue to think so until he proves otherwise. that said and hindsight being delightfully 20/20 I would have taken any other drafted or undrafted 2017 rookie qb in those scenarios other than him. Even an injury handed Chad Kelly.
  20. Real Sports on HBO a couple of years ago had a story about doctors indicating that a contributing factor is the number of hits over time and teams should try to limit that, especially in practice. I dont think this this changes anything at all, especially if anyone is trying it insinuate that concussions are now ok.
  21. I can absolutely live with and consider that he may have had an off year. If that gives us a crack at him, then great. I mean he was just given mad love before this season...his slightly off season may just plain benefit us in getting him.
  22. I actually did watch him, wasn't too impressed with what I saw in the games, but I would still very much consider him and maybe even moving up to get him, depending upon where.
  23. If we did not do the above I would get a tattoo of the Bills logo on my chest (after I shave) or on my back (after I shave), strip naked and jump off of the top floor of the old Marine Midland Building screaming "what's the frequency, Kenneth?!" all the way down, officially verifying to you all, gentlemen, that this world is most assuredly bonkers and I want no further part of it. ...in short, if Darnold is there after the first two picks...get him.
  24. H2o, I honestly hear where you are coming from. Seriously. Keuchley, Mack, I get it. i just wouldn't do it, or at least wouldn't do it while currently being without a qb.
  25. The only thing I find wrong with Kirby's comment above is the use of an entire second on this decision.
