  1. Just a reminder: 43,000,000, or there about, when Wood retires. so about 35 million after accounting for the draft.
  2. Mahommes to Sammy...man, that'll be something to see this year.
  3. 16 million per, on 3 years. Good for him, but that is a little rich.
  4. Guys, don’t forget that we get maybe 3 million more in cap space when wood finally retires. our dead money will be huge but it will be over this year.
  5. We could move 12, 42, and 65 and maybe something in next yea's draft for a QB in the top 5, plus we still have a 2nd and 3rd rounder this year. Guys...I am dizzy right now. EDIT: @thunderingsquid Jumpin-jiminey, thunderingsquid I forgot about our #22 pick!!
  6. Maybe 3 years, 150 million for Brees is going to happen! Look, the writing was on the wall last season, and even Dareus said so.
  7. Let's not forget about Wood. When he retires they do have about 5.6 million in dead cap, but they also get about 3 million in cap space.
  8. Thank you for ending the drought and for your winning record as QB. You've got a lot of weapons in Cleveland. Good luck in helping them turn things around.
  9. No-no, Nate. We just get really board looking for things to do in February.
  10. This is is a good move by the Browns: veteran QB, I year on the deal, affordable and they’ll get their future qb in early in the first. I JUST THOUGH McCarron didn’t make a lot of sense, although CB swayed me a few days ago.
  11. @horned dogs horned dogs, how do you feel now?! because I am doing cartwheels over here, buddy!!!
  12. In before I wake up!
  13. @Kirby Jackson @thebandit27 See?! SEE?! Kirby and Bandit get it, and now Horned Dog is on board!!!! YEAH! US!!!
  14. Look, if teams don't want to trade away their high picks, because those are the guys they want too, then fine. However, if they're willing to trade and we get into a trading war with other teams? Then let's dance, b****es, because I don't want to get out bid!!!! No more lose-out-on-big-ben-but-trade-back-in-to-the-first-to-get-losman crap!! I FEEL DRUNK!!
  15. Enough already. We need one of these guys. I'll live with Rudolph and Jackson, but I would prefer to thrive with the hire tier guys.
  16. I agree with DallasMac EDIT: and Bandit below me.
  17. Pete, I am just taking a shot, after our draft picks I believe right now we are in the 18 million dollar area. Anyone, please correct me if I am wrong.
  18. Man, who'd o' thunk it in August: Goodwin with an 8 figure deal, with 8 figures guaranteed and Jordan Matthews wondering where he is going to end up and (speculation here) whether anyone is going to sign him for more than a 1 year, 5 million dollar tryout. It is along the lines of just making the call now: Cadet will get a 4 year, 20 million dollar deal that's considered a steal while Shady is waiting with baited breathe for free agency to start.
  19. I mean...come on...42 turnovers in 2 years is quite a lot.
  20. Seriously. This is honestly one of those nice stories. The guy stuck around just long enough to make his mark and now he is getting some nice scratch for it. Good job, Marquis, and congrats!
  21. Agree, to an extent. I would go all out to win, but also right now I'd be trying to figure out which defensive player to get with our only first round pick, which is OK as I would just be planning on getting a receiver later on in this draft for Watson.
  22. Luscious. Simply luscious. Did I mention this is luscious? If some of you guys are right and so very sure that Price will be ready to go come the fall, I would live with 56 being BP from OSU, as well...don't jump all over me, as some of you were trying hard to convince me in another thread that he is too good to pass up in the 2nd and that he will be ready.
  23. Who is better, Rudolph or Jackson? Honestly asking.
  24. Their failers in roster management never get mentioned other than on this board. Please let Brady retire or get old soon to expose these great-quarterback-band-aid wearing frauds.
  25. If his base is $9.25 million and he comes back healthy in the early part of the season is his trade salary for the season based upon the percentage of his base or are his other considerations for the season that have already been paid to the point part of the figure? I only ask because if he isn't in the Bills' plans, even when healthy, but shows he's back I wonder if you could get a 2nd for him, during the season, from a team in need. Especially considering his cap hit starts to go down a couple of million after this year.
