  1. I couldn't agree more, Peterman, and like I said he was my guy. However, the question was about why he wasn't here. Additionally, all Sammy had to do was catch the ball. All Gilmore had to do was knock the ball down. All Dareus had to do was eat space. They weren't worth the headache and the expense of keeping someone here that didn't want to be here.
  2. You...may have won the internet today, my friend.
  3. He's a D**k. "No, you mean he is too smart for this league, coaches, players and some fan bases and they will all feel threatened and challenged by him." No. He's a D**k. "Umm, you are confused. Jim Kelly, Brette Favre and Aaron Rodgers are all, or once were considered "difficult" at times, but like Rosen their talent far out ways the complicated nature of their personality. Plus some players and coaches stand by him." No confusion. He's a U.S., Grade A, straight up, D**k, which has been getting little play in the media and attributable to other reasons for disdain or concern over him, but even though he champions good causes off the field he is generally and genuinely an unlikable person. College guys like him, but pros won't go to war in the trenches with him and the Bills have weeded out the culture of guys who lie to this city's and team's face about wanting to be here and trying their best, but believe they are bigger and better and deserve more than what we have to offer, and therefore he would have been here 5 years, tops. This has nothing to do with post draft comments...and believe me when I say he was my guy, but what I came to understand more than a few days leading up to last night, is that the above is true. He is a tremendous talent and will likely be good, but someplace else, because in the end someplace else is where he wants to be. ...because he's a D**k.
  4. Did they ever win a Super Bowl?! Huh? HUH?! AH-HA...SEE WHAT I DID THERE?!!!!!!!!! (Yeah, I did nothin')
  5. Man...a top 4 QB and Edmunds, and then 6 more picks as of now. I truly believe I WILL end up digging this draft.
  6. Sorry, no input on this end, Hap, but don't we also have (2) 7th rounders, or am I wrong? I might be wrong.
  7. Chuck, are sure Chubb isn't going to be intimidated because Rosen is very, very, very smart? The deets may be at issue, but I love the prose.
  8. Allen please, please, please, please, please, please, please don't play with fire crackers.
  9. If I am understanding you correctly you said, "Rosen by week 2"? @Gavin in Va Beach Nuts...just saw yours. good one. everyone, please ignore mine above and move on.
  10. Shotgunner, I didn't know who you were before this post, and forgive me, I am probably going to forget you five minutes after I go to lunch. However, we for now have right now for now and right now...I love you. Thanks for the great, frank, and calming post, buddy.
  11. Tom, I was being sarcastic. 5 games is a very small experience size and not the experience you want on this team as you bring a young QB in who needs coaching up and time on the bench to work things out. If we had Bradford on the team I probably wouldn't be talking sarcastically...we do not have Bradford on our team...we have something less.
  12. Please Tom. You are talking like somebody who doesn't realize that we already have 2 guys on the roster who have combined to start 5 NFL games.
  13. WR though is DEEP in the 2nd and 3rd rounds this year, and it is still a need. Additionally, and I have no reason to think this, but I am thinking it, that they will also get a veteran OLinemen closer to the start of training camp. Sure, 4th and 5th round OL are projects, but we can and will get 1-2 bodies there. I'm thinking: Dawkins, Groy, Cincy C, Miller, Mills, while replacing someone across that board, except Groy moving to C and Dawkins, with a FA. Look, I don't love it either,
  14. I am not going to lie, that is the first thing I thought of as well. I will support the good completely, but that thought entered my mind...first.
  15. Look, you guys are being ridiculous. At least we have a very experienced and tremendous QB coach "guru" who is going to properly guide him along.
  16. hmmm...OK, I'm with you.
  17. If so how do you start? For those that don't know there are a ton of options to choose from in Madden's player creator, but what we be a good benchmark? Cam's stats for Allen and Keuchley's stats for Edmunds? Obviously you may take some accuracy off of Cam's numbers for Allen. I haven't done the "sticks" since the first couple of days in 2018, playing the Jags on the road (it worked better for me, 17-14). I have a little bit of that post draft itch and I would rather see these guys, in the fantasy world that is my TV, start playing now than waiting 3+ months for the first pre-season games.
  18. Knowing the Bills were going to take a QB, I believe this draft pick is A.O.K with A.J. He'll get his chance to start and show what he can do, for sure early in the season. ...if it had been Rosen...
  19. Thank you for everything, SDS, it truly is appreciated. ...and is as much as this is the Bills' night, it is also the night for Two Bills Drive and the TSW to shine!
  20. Of course it will...just like all of you bas***ds who show up at church only on Christmas and Easter. No parking, no seating in the pews for those who have been there every Sunday because you guys decide that religion is important to you on days that you have a big meal and wear a suit. ...I'm going to be pissed if I am on the outside looking in to TSW because "ScottVirkus4evr" decides he wants to be here for the first time since the Bills drafted Losman. (I'll laugh my a** off if we really have a ScottVirkus4evr here)
  21. There is enough smoke here to think the statement is true. I was reading about this same thing Duh Magazine.
  22. In the 17 years since the Tom Brady era really began, so in other words (and I know this hurts) in the 17 years we have been in the same division with arguable the greatest QB of all time on one of the greatest teams of all time we have finished in the bottom 5 only twice. If memory serves I also believe we have been in the bottom 9 only 4 or 5 times, total. I don't think we are going to the Super Bowl (Bills, please prove me wrong), but I also just don't believe this team is in that bottom 5 category, at all.
  23. Yes, it is the skin to skin thing. Although, given my yeti type features it was more of a skin to fur thing.
