  1. No way, on this day, can we leave this out.
  2. For years my back and knee problems (I believe) can be traced to being flat footed. I wear inserts, but still. I have only seen recently that there are some exercises that can help strengthen the support of your arch. This is good stuff.
  3. You are wise. I agree. Additionally, what are we spending on these guys, 11 million total? yeah, I'll lose a pretty good up back on punts to keep an extra qb around.
  4. I actually thought we were were going to win when we were up 13-6 after halftime and driving down the field against the Cowboys. I... I...actually thought we were going to win.
  5. True Paul. However, this is the second year in a row of him being rock solid during the times that he needs to be rock solid to make the team. Does he need a third year before saying he is ready to get on the field?
  6. I bet you think you know stuff, huh? ...it would be a good bet, because your post just sort of explains everything, with eball's post being an appropriate chaser to it. BTW, respectfully to the OP I am going to go out on a limb and say the difference between the Pats and Bills might be Tom Brady...don't quote me on that, though.
  7. I loved your guarded comment SD.  I'll only realized after you responded to mine that I hadn't yet given it a much deserved acknowledgment.

    My apologies.

      No problem. Thanks!

There are some really funny people here. I wish I was among them. :)

  8. Are we sure about that? Joe seemed pretty non-committal. ?
  9. Seriously, man, I can't believe how much I am looking forward to preseason.
  10. Yes, but a little bit more "Murdery" than GF2. Have you ever heard De Niro sing "Fernando"? It's a delight.
  11. Corner, is it possible that among this group we may end up letting a guy go that we would end up regretting later? I just have this feeling that one of them, whoever he is, when he goes is going to turn out to be something reasonably special. I like this group a lot. I am not picking them for my MUT, mind you, but I like them.
  12. I am still chuckling quite a bit, JF...so much win up there. If you started quoting Mama Mia 2 there are some around here who would consider you...a word I don't like to throw around too easily...a hero. I wouldn't be one of them, but come one there has to be a couple. We have a lot of members.
  13. Well then, I feel pride in my response! Thank you, Royale. ...and WTH, "I officially 'un-damn' you with this post!"
  14. Damn you, Royale. I can usually track where you're going, even with your more esoteric posts, but I am a little lost here. Do you mean something as simple as be cool?
  15. Well put, SD. You have my reguards.
  16. Indeed, Sir! ...not going to lie, though. I do like the fact that, tv schedule wise, there is SOME interest in Buffalo, even if it is just over a potential showdown during the preseason between the 1st and 7th pick overall.
  17. Well, I am at least willing to foment for a moment for a mentor, but that's it.
  18. Jay, and we are all a calm and cool bunch in the off season? We have 58 pages about Nathan Peterman starting game one.
  19. Please let the Browns beat the Giants next Thursday. I don't want to go through the stupid comments online and on the radio should you the Bills lose to them and that it is their first win since August of 2017.
  20. I was being sarcastic, Ned.  Our DBs are very strong.

Oh please, my friend, this is a message board.  No bad at all.

if you read the comment I was responding to I wonder if HE wa being sarcastic, too!

      our dbs are ridiculously good.

      Peace and Go Bills!

  21. Agreed. When I look at the Bills I can't think of any positions screaming more for help than our DBs. EDIT: As this is starting to become an issue, I'm being sarcastic. I thought that was apparent. Our DBs were great last year and should be just as strong or better this year. Obviously that wasn't clear enough, although I easily thought it would. My apologies for expecting too much.
  22. I'm sorry, was THIS his grand plan in leaving the Bills/Sabres of his own volition, for no reason whatsoever other than needing a change? His comments upon leaving were so ridiculous. Own what happened. EDIT:. That's right, even though Americans love second chances any conciliatory speech must invariably involve "changing my ways" comment which Brandon probably wasn't ready to do.
  23. 3 QBs at a total of what...I think 11 million dollars, plus a rebuilt oline....I agree. They keep all of them.
  24. For the love of all get out if he is going to start, please, please, please, PLEASE find ways to protect this kid. Come on oline: like you life depends on it, because his DOES.
  25. Great post and really great second paragraph. just to clarify, though, if you comments is based upon my OP I was referring to the fact that the salary cap is based upon league revenue (47% I believe right now?). I would also have the league come a little more clean on providing their revenue, which has been an issue in the best. The reason for lowering it is due to the new optics that these dollars would become a little more actual as to what is getting paid out, as opposed to just being accounted for. In the new era of doing it the contract likely would have been different, maybe as some have suggested here. Lower and shorter to make a player's actions more in play. For example: 3 years at 10-12 million and maybe you get a different player.
