Just because it is early doesn't mean it doesn't count!*

Amazing how our team can get off to a 3-1 start, all the while with a Tier 2 quarterback under center whose window is closing.  What a country!

    😉

(* In the grand scheme of things this does not count for even a hill of beans)

Really?  Cowboys higher than the Bills?

Just not buying the chiefs ahead of the Bills.  You shouldn’t, either.

anyone really…really think the eagles are better than the Bills right now?

    https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-power-rankings-week-5-2023-nfl-season

No...no.  I just don't think KC is ahead of us.

Well, it makes little difference NBC Chicago, or NBC Sports in general...you're just wrong, by...a lot.

Look I get the Bills not being Number 1.  I can live easily with being # 2 behind the Niners, and it stinks but whatever if it is #3 behind the two undefeated teams.  However, you lose me when you see what this team has done for the last three weeks and compare it to other 3-1 teams.

  2. Joe B in Cincy getting a pass, too.

Meanwhile Josh has 188 tds (147 air, 40 ground, 1 receiving), the most tds in 5 slightly plus years in nfl history and the national media still scratches its collective and proverbial head trying to figure out whether he’s a really good quarterback or not. It’s a joke.

The proof being any conversation about Joe hast to deal with his ankle and also the questions of, “what’s going on with him?” When the conversation is about Josh, it’s, “he just isn’t very good.“

    I'm in a weird situation.

I am normally the nervous nelly, gloom and doom, glass half cracked Bills fan.

However, I think I am one of the only few that believes Miami is going to struggle to score points against the Bills.

Could they get to 24, possibly a little more?  Sure, but here's the thing.

We are healthy, they've struggled against us previously even with Tua (albeit he is much better now) and we are not the Broncos.

Hell we are not even the Chargers, and we have a better D than New England.

I am literally more concerned about the offense trying to avoid stupid play calls, stupider penalties and some WRs trying to, it seems like, make their first contested reception since early last year.

    Go Bills!

    - QB roughing the passer calls are still terrible at times.

    - The Jags are not good.  Trevor Lawrence doesn't look like he's supposed to after last year.  Maybe Kyle Brandt was right?

    - I think the 49ers are the best team in the NFL right now.

    - The AFC North seems up for grabs.  Ravens might be the unluckiest team.

    - Have no clue how good the Chiefs actually are.

    - The NFC North looks like it could overtake as the worst division in football just because the Bears are historically bad.  It's between them and the AFC South.

Royale I was so on board with you, up until the end, and I’m not even saying you’re wrong about that. Of course I gave you a thumbs up because it’s just plain a great post.  However, may I just add given what you said about the Chiefs, they are still a very good team, but I think the AFC West from 2 to 4 might be the worst division in football. Additionally, the Chiefs may not be that good this year. Now with the injury out in Los Angeles, the Chargers, a roughed up team anyways, is going to have an even more difficult time. They could finish second in the division, and still only be about 8-9 or possibly even 7-10.

Again, though, great post my friend.

Edit: and the best team in the North already beat the best team in the West, and in their own house no less.

I've been hard lately on the front office for some of their picks, the early 3 rounds past the 2018 first round on, but I do have to give credit where credit is due.

Deciding to sign Oliver, deciding not to sign Edmunds, and now The 'Nard Dawg's start, boy...

...that is some mighty fine witch-craftory right there.

  6. I hate the way this team loves that screen play, and they do love it so.

Good effort by everyone in the first half. Should be up more, but they are firing on everything.  They whole team looks good.

Don’t worry, btw, the National naysayers will be back on Josh for only completing 60% of his passes when this is over.  “The old run and gun Allen is back!”

    🙄

Go Bills!  Keep it going boys!

I had location issues as well, was infuriating.  Followed all the steps, worked on my phone but nada in the TV for a while.   Also started buffering at certain points, no other streaming service has this issue for me.  Overall B-

    I'm sorry, Ryan.

I went through it, and just reading your similar situation got me pissed off all over again.

Honestly, they need assistance on the weekend.  You paid so much for it, and you are making people pay a lot for it...and no one working on the weekend?!!

    WTH?!

    Think!

Good Morning Football showed only 1 play from our game. ONE PLAY! Allen to Davis TD. Obviously, winning convincingly doesn’t match up with their narrative that our Super Bowl window has closed and Josh sucks all the time now. 😡

We only won by 28 over a 1-0.  What did you expect?

"Oh sure, great QB.  Contact us when his rating is over 130, he completes 90% of his passes, and has 4 TDs instead of 3.  On second thought, don't contact us at all.  Milano who?  Cook who?!"

  9. It was a nightmare for me.

It took me 20 plus minutes to regain access on my mobile devices.

Really, YouTube?  You trusted my locations last week and then this week not so much?  And what you needed from me wasn’t even clickable?!

I went through setup yoga and finally got it.

This better not happen next week.  At least have someone working these first few weekends to help resolve issues.  Getting it resolved on Monday is a little pointless.

    Otherwise, it has been good.

The Visa commercial about the Bills fan that spans three generations.  Does his wife die?  The one he proposed to during the Norwood kick?  She’s not there at the end of the commercial when he’s buying a jersey for his granddaughter and I was getting Up vibes.  Is she dead?

    Thanks.

Yes, she’s dead.  He bought his granddaughter the jersey that was most memorable from the moment he proposed to his wife.

it was a boom or bust move.  it didn't work out.  i always respect the attempt, but to there was risk.

teef, not he exact same thing, but I loved Von production last year, but worried about how an advancing-aged player may get dinged.

It worked for awhile, and I believe it will work again when he gets back...same sauce, though.

Yes, freak injury.  I just get more worried about the freak injuries when these guys are older.

Would a healthy Von have made a difference?  Maybe...probably.

I like Kincaid, as we all do...but if both remain healthy he and Knox will cannibalize each others catch numbers.

I very respectfully disagree, because I just don't think they do the same thing.

I think it will be symbiotic in nature and I don't anticipate much of a drop off from Knox.

Both tight ends could combine for 100 receptions this year.

Kincaid may, not definitely, but may have more of an effect on Harty's numbers, and I expect Harty to add more than iMck did last year.

    Go Bills!
