Trent Murphy and Star Lotulelei
dollars 2 donuts replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Star is never going to be a stat king for this team, and I am fine with that. He is there principaly to eat up space and free up LBs. As long as he does that I am fine. He is different from Ted "Theodore the Slender" Washington, because he ate up space and could make plays. However, and again to be clear, they didn't sign him expecting him to be like that. -
Forgive me for naming he who shall not be named. Ok, it rhymes with "Dike Sodak". He was on NFL radio and one of the things he was talking about was how it isn't working out with Coleman and how he could just be cut, because the draft pick isn't that high and the Bills would have to deal with the guaranteed money. That is about $3.5 million, and literally a $3.5 million cap hit. I really don't think he has showed a lot, but part of the argument is there someone about to get cut who has shown a lot more, and would be worth replacing even given the $3.5 hit on dropping Corey? As of right now I am still fine with: Benjamin Jones Kerley Streater Holmes Coleman However, I really don't want Ray Ray to be exposed. For me (not necessarily for you guys) I debate on whether Coleman stays in lieu of McCloud or Holmes. What do you guys think?

If peterman starts what’s the point of keeping AJ
dollars 2 donuts replied to *******'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I believe Sal mentioned it would cost the Bills about 3 plus million dollars to get rid of him. In other words unless you are so worried about the extra roster spot it would be a wash to get rid of him, as much as just keeping him. -
Man-o-man, I really think he is going to be the guy. Absolutely don't mind if I am wrong and it is Allen, but good for Peterman. We know the Allen Era is coming shortly, but if Peterman's the guy then I am fully behind him. AS I AM SURE AS HELL NOT GOING TO STAND IN FRONT OF HIM BEHIND THAT HORRIBLE LINE!! Yuckity-yuck! Go Bills! (Note: I didn't make up that lousy joke in advance for my post. I just sort of realized it after I wrote the line before it above...I really will support Peterman if he starts)

Shrader, I know this is upsetting to some, maybe more to others. Please put me in the maybe more to others category. I am a gaming geezer who, although I don't have a lot of time for it anymore, still follows gaming and still loves Madden. I also watch the Madden tournaments online and on TV. I knew who Trueboy was and I knew who SpotMe was...and unfortunately, I knew who Bread was. This...is truly horrible. On so many levels for me. Not at all for purposes of comparison to what their friends, families and unfortunately in Robertson's case, son, are now going through. RIP, TB and SM. Bread...capital "J" judging you is truly above my pay grade. What ever you had going wrong mentally I can't speak of and it is for a greater power than us here to decide on your eternal fate.

Shrader, I can't remember where the video snippet is, maybe from Daily mail uk, but the Madden commentator Ryan "RG" Glick who works for EA and comments on most of these big tournaments was talking abou "Bread" the name of the shooter a few tournaments back. Glick said he is supremely focused and you can't pull much out of him. That he doesn't want to necessarily talk or make friends, he is just there to complete. I'll try and find it before posting this... yes, the first video down, from Dailymail.co.uk: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6100355/Four-dead-10-injured-mass-shooting-Florida-Madden-online-gaming-tournament.html EDIT: jeepers, for the first time I'm seeing that it rolls into a Tasker interview of the kid.

Isn't it frustrating, teef? I don't know what a healthy Wood and not crazy Incognito would provide for this team in 2018, but it obviously would be better than what we have now and it would have given the kid a likelier chance to start against Baltimore. Right now I'm with Sal C: You can always take Peterman out as the season goes, but once Allen is in there he has to stay in there and it may not be the right call on September 9th.

I certainly hope they pick up a few guys who get cut.

There are probably about 8-12 guys in the Madden e-sport that can make a reasonable living at it. The guy right now most regularly considered the best player in the world is Michael Skimbo and I believe he has made about $130,000-$160,000 or so in the last year. Maybe only 3 guys have made as much as 3 figures. Others can make additional funds with sponsored YouTube channels. Otherwise, the other players are most often those wildly pursuing a dream they are likely never to achieve, sometimes practicing as much as 10 hours every single day. They give up their possible futures to go after something that has limited dollars, but also that they will age out of being good at by the time they are 26. Edit:. And I am in no way making any excuses for what happened, but there is usually a lot of smack talk/ chirping that goes on at these tournaments.

Probably, but again the Bills tournament was something , likely the only thing, that he won. I don't like seeing him associated with the Bills either, but showing a high school photo (if they had it) doesn't give the viewer a sense of who he is. When we see photos of lance Armstrong he's usually on a bike.

Not all Madden tournaments are the same, but there was/is a madden tournament wherein throughout the year each team would host a tournament and would have the winner be their champion that competed against all the other clubs. I almost went to the buffalo tournament to watch. I follow madden, and after he became the Bills champion he was a surprise winner in the first round of the team championship before getting knocked out in the round of 16. I remember seeing it on Madden America on the NFL week.

Us Madden players know he is speaking the truth. Regardless of them coming off a playoff year I believe they are the third lowest rated roster in the League in Madden 19...I thought we were going to get a break this year, but no. I don't believe they've been rated higher than 83 in any Madden season this century. It's a shame really as they have Allen playing with a high rated Shady, a reasonably rated Benjamin, and then you have Clay, Kerley, Zay and Coleman as you speedster. In that game it is a nice look that you can do things with...but the line sucks.

Possible Jets-Raiders trade
dollars 2 donuts replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Man, EJ fumbled for the second game in a row and cook was terrible. Thst said, respectfully I don't think the Jets first and a good qb who is intended to be their back up gets in done. i wish this were happening in 2019 instead of now as we would have a better handle on our oline/receiver positions. -
What if Allen isn't good tommorow?
dollars 2 donuts replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
OT, not talking about a season's worth or even a full game. Just a little more than a half. It is Darnold's job in NY, with two other good qbs, and he was 8-16 for 1 td in the third game. -

dollars 2 donuts replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If he is 11-20, for a td, no picks and 120 yards, without making any glaring mistakes then I am perfectly fine with that. in other words he doesn't have to blow the doors off for me to keep thinking of him as the starter. -

NEW NARRATIVE ON TYROD
dollars 2 donuts replied to Wagon Circler's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The damn shame of that injury is that he may never see the field in Cleveland and had he gotten them off to good start (and I mean even 3-5) he probably would have been brought in to be a starter somewhere else next year unless Cleveland wanted to keep him as security. I'd love to see this guy make 50 million plus over the duration of his career.
