Man...Yolo, buddy, if they clear waivers which, and I know this sounds crazy, they might not. Then watch the Bills cut Matthews during the middle of the season. They wanted those two guys on this team for a reason. I liked Kerley, but I get why they cut him. Matthews better darn well be a someone who can make something happen on a level better than your current number 2 (not saying much), but for you get rid of potential future benefits.

Tangential to this: what does everyone think of Carr? Was that a mistake by the Raiders or is he just a victim of what's going on right now with that team? That's what scares me a bit. A QB who looks great, you give him the bucks and then he turns out not to be what you would consider a franchise QB.

I honestly don't know if anyone has asked this question because I haven't read through this thread, but who does he replace? If you assume a WR, just for argument sake, do you want to give up on Foster and his speed right now? Ray-Ray? We know they love Holmes on ST, and they are not letting go of KB and ZJ. I want better receivers, too, but it starts to get tricky when the talent level comes close to looking parallel.

KB has a big day this Sunday

Forgive my profanity but as they say on Letterkenny F*** EVERY duck, as I knew it was bad, but I didn't know it was that bad. The high water mark of his time here being the 10-15 seconds in the Patriots game when it looked for sure that the TD you referenced above in the Patriots game was going to be given to him. That was a great catch. -

I see see what you did there, JH, you ole timer! -
Jay, Jay, Jay...I am not used to seeing you aggro. I was just kidding. Further, if I offended you, I apologize, brother. You also didn't really address the part where I said it was awesome. This also just in, I knew exactly what you knew for which I was just making fun.

It is so awesome that you know that, seriously. It is so pathetic that you know that, seriously.

Trade for Sam Bradford?

Oh come on, you think it’s just naturally easy to fumble in the shadow of the other teams goal posts late in a game? -
Give Reilly a Chance!

Sometimes when a ball is throw to him and he puts both hands on it he catches it...a couple of times he even did it when he was wide open. Man, it is just such a nice change and so cool to watch. @Real McCoy Seriously, RM, isn't it truly ridiculous on what our guys don't catch? One guy, man, please...please can we come up with one guy who is just plain darn good at coming down with the ball? I am honestly getting to the point of being sick of our "aw shucks there goes another one" WR group. -
Plus, Gordio, I don't think he can leap over anybody, other than a smurf...I believe they are 3 apples tall according to my niece.

Please sign SOMEBODY that doesn't treat the ball like it's door-to-door replacement window salesman. -

Promo, even in the first half I couldn't believe some of the throws he made. Watching from over his shoulder from the skycam on some plays I couldn't help but wonder how does even see the guy being open? You're right. He doesn't sometimes. He trusted his guys. Very tangentially, what do you think is going on in the back of Allen's mind when his "Number 1" receiver can't catch balls either when he is being contested by a puny DB or is wide open? -
Look, I know teams are limited in the number of times they can wear their throwbacks. However, there should be an exception wherein if you are playing a team wearing their throw backs for one of their allotted times the road team can wear theirs, as well. The Rosen Era Has Begun in Arizona

Vorpma, not to hijack the thread but just to carry this out a little further. Allen has all but entrenched himself as the starter and in the hearts and minds of his teammates to the degree that one more week or so you could bring in almost anybody and it is not going to upset the apple cart of chemistry in that locker room. -
Beating the unbeaten Defending NFC Champs in Atlanta was pretty big.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh no, no, no, no. I didn't love him as an option. I liked the idea of McCown (spelling) and Bridgewater and was relatively on board for MacCarron. -

Guys, I quietly still think we need another option at back-up QB...knocking hard on wood. -

Dude, I mean are you kidding me? You are a veteran QB and a FG puts you up by 4 and you are 0-2. What the hell? What the hell even was he diving for?! -

BF4, a lot of proggies (prognosticators as I now like to call them) wanted to pump the brakes on the talent in this years QB class. I disagreed as I generally thought those first for were likely to be pretty good. The jury is still out on Rosen, but it is cool and all-in-all they seem to be where they should be at right now.
