  1. I love Lorax. Additionally, what a great time for us to be in "rent a player" situations. In other words, given the room we have we can make decent offers to players who are on short term deals. Lorax at 3.5 as was suggested earlier and if he has room in the tank...great. If Williams wants to come back on a limited basis...him too!
  2. This is no knock on Zay, but I think he will be good for his recent average of 4-5 receptions, for 60-75 yards. Sure there are some anomaly games for him, but I am honestly pleased he has turned into a solid number 2 (annual 50-60 grabs, 700-800 yards, 5-7 TDs), the position I think he was honestly drafted for last year. There will be added pressure on him, though, even with Benjamin gone and even though Benjamin wasn't a real threat. My hope is that Foster and Thompson pick up some of the slack. Man...this sounds ridiculous in this day and age, but not for this team: I would be so please if our WRs caught 12 -14 balls this game. GO BILLS.
  3. @Royale with Cheese Man...black Jersey, with blue numbers with white and black striping on cuffs, white pants with black/blue/white striping and charging buffalo, blue sock tops. Cool.
  4. Ya know, Corner, I am not a "the refs cost us the game" kinda guy. However, given this suspension and given that guy's history...DID the refs cost us the game on Sunday?
  5. dp, they all generally look good. If the Bills did that for just one season...whoa, I'd buy.
  6. Coach, great post. Additionally, though, and maybe this may seem like a defense of Beane, but I think just an overall increase on offensive talent across the board will help. 1 or 2 guys are important, but if we have five guys (WR, T, G, TE, C) that are just plain better it would improve everybody and everything that we do. Stars are great, but man, do we just plain need "better" in a lot of spots.
  7. F'n "A", man. I dig it. ...I also just plain dig that buffalo, as well as the standing still one.
  8. Somebody is just plain using their noggin correctly over there. That'll do, Pig. That'll do.
  9. I'd also like to sign Charles Clay and Kelvin Benjamin to lucrative and multi-year options so we don't have to worry about them in the off season.
  10. Josh continues to impress. Screw up New England's current #2 seed so they have to play during WC week. Dolphins need a win against the Bills in the Finale to get into the playoffs and we crush their cold, black hearts early and often and they end up throwing away all the halftime food before the second quarter is over. ...I could live with all that.
  11. Thanks, Beane. Honestly, though, haven't we seen that? I remember someone a while back saying that the first time they come back they sort of favor the knee and that it takes some playing time for them to get "the balance back". EDIT: and also to really get the strength and stability back.
  12. Actually, I honestly believe that more than a year after an injury like his these guys normally get better. I am fine in seeing what he can do for us next year.
  13. BB, you got a thumbs up from me because you got big brass balls. I love it. I almost agree...a little, with your point, but you came right out and said it. Congrats.
  14. LABF, I came in here and scrolled right to the first ND reference I could find. Thank you.
  15. I do love the recent direction of the Bills and Josh’s progress. However, is this one of those years where we swept Miami the year before, think this is an easy punchout and none of us respects them, but then they go and kick our teeth in out of no where?
  16. I apologize in advance for being so blunt, but that was a game coached in the fourth quarter with a game plan of “let’s hope NIU runs out of steam”. honestly, what a tragedy. They gave a team they were 0-10 against and highly successful in the MACC one of their most memorable victories of all time, No “great season” crap. Shame on somebody.
  17. I just dig watching this guy sling it. I badly need a game where he has 21 completions for 300...I just need to see him balling...I know he has been balling, but I need air balling. Oh, you know what I mean.
  18. It was going to be such a nice Super Bowl...KC and the Rams/Saints. Oh well. Without reading the article this obviously took place at around 11 am, or 1 pm at the latest, right?
  19. Hopefully they are not looking for a QB. That being said (and possibly done) I could care less whether they are picking 4th or 14th. I am a fan and I just plain want to see this team win. 2-9 wouldn't make me feel better now, and honestly, it wouldn't make me feel better in the off season.
  20. Before I entered the thread, Hellcamino, I knew that was what you were going to bring up. I agree. BTW, we all know Allen is a big guy, but that doesn't prevent "Wiko" from going for his head or his knees.
  21. BTW, are some of nuts, NHK, for starting to enjoy this season even though they are likely going to miss the playoffs? I am so ready to keep having fun the next 5 weeks and see further honest to goodness growth from these guys!
  22. That one pass, I believe to Zay, that was slightly behind was also slightly tipped. It may have still ended up behind Zay and knocked down by the DB or LB, but possibly could have been completed. EDIT: @NoHuddleKelly12 Good, then you saw it in slow motion, too, Huddles. Not tipped, but that grazing by the Dlineman could have influenced the trajectory of the ball a bit. Man...what a sight it will be when this game starts to click or slow down for this kid. It is going to be beautiful...for us!
