Probowl selections - No Bills Selected
dollars 2 donuts replied to One Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jay, she makes a references along the lines of "You have to try my..." and I believe it was Scungilli. I am bugged that I missed that it was a Simpson's reference! ...good stuff all the way around. -
Probowl selections - No Bills Selected

Jay, is that possibly a star trek next generation reference, when Geordi is on the hallow deck with the designer of the Enterprise D trying to figure out a way out of the ancient mine field? ...or did I just show my geek card? -
This time next year dream scenario
dollars 2 donuts replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At New ERA Field facing an 8-6 Brady lead Patriots team who are on life support and are in jeopardy of missing the playoffs for the first time in more than a decade...and they then go on to lose to the Bills 31-13...while the Bills clinch home field advantage at 13 -2 and let Barkley start against the Jets, in NY the following week. -
Probowl selections - No Bills Selected

We have the best record of any team in the NFL without a pro-bowler and 7 teams in the League that have our same record or worse have a pro-bowler. We are the Mr. Cellophane of the nfl! -
Probowl selections - No Bills Selected

Well, with the #2 defense in all of football you can understand why they are one of only 3 teams to have no pro-bowl selections. ...said anyone who is a moron. -

Matt Barkley on the sidelines

Exactly, Vadar. He is a reasonable back up solution. Give this guy a couple of million or so per, and let's been done with the back-up position. -

You guys are ridiculous. He should be commended for not making helmet to helmet contact. -
Bills fall from 6th to 10th in Draft Order
dollars 2 donuts replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Of course the draft is very important. However, more concerning to me (honestly) is that another team in our division, has a good young QB, and has more money than we do making the case to free agents to go there because the "better shot" is with them. So, paraphrasing what I have stated before I would love to tell FAs, "we have an established coaching staff that has made it to the playoffs, we have a great Defense, we have money for you and our QB, and our team for that matter, had a better record than that other team you might be interested in...join the fun here in WNY." "...oh...and Tom Brady is turning 42." -

Who is Rooting for Miami (sorta)?
dollars 2 donuts replied to billsfan_34's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want the Pats to have to play in the firs round of the playoffs and I want to crush the Dolphins' playoff dreams. I enjoyed doing it so much to the Jets. EDIT: Two more losses should kick the Pats out of the bye...please Bills...please. -
Potential Cut Candidates in the Offseason
dollars 2 donuts replied to DCOrange's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dude, seriously, isn't it one of the all time great lines of dialogue in a comedy? There's a story behind who that guy/actor is in Adam Sandler's life. I can't remember it, though. -
BB, the fact that he can go RT is what I like, too. if he has that versatility great. It doesn’t help us if Dawkins doesn’t have that versatility, but we move him to the right to make way for the new guy. When teams already have a decent LT and they do that it just doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

Potential Cut Candidates in the Offseason

Starr will see all five years of his deal. is he a hall of fame? Of course not. He may not ever even be a pro bowler, but he is a reasonable space eater and there just isn’t any reason to get rid of him. -
Throw Back Thursday: Bills-Lions 2014

And the yards were seemingly there. the insanity it would be around here if we had a pretty good line, pretty good rb, pretty good QB, and pretty good receivers all in one season. -

Throw Back Thursday: Bills-Lions 2014

Man, isn't Kyle Orton like that kind of pleasing weird anomaly in Bills history? OK that he was gone, but I really could have lived with another year out of him, and he finishes with a winning record (7-5). It is a little like Larry Centers. I loved Larry Centers career, glad he came here, and he was successful (80 grabs one year), but on a poor team, but before we knew it he was gone. -
Will Shady be worth it?
dollars 2 donuts replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Respectfully, we have so much cap space that does it really make so much of a difference, other than a roster spot? I think with a better oline Shady will be better, but regardless if you want him gone, then after next year he is gone and we get 8 million or so back on the cap in 2020.
