  1. Rarely has there been a playoff with so many teams I find very easy to root for and that I like very much. Rivers and Lynn...You betcha. Luck and Frank...absolutely. Reid and Mohammes...lotta fun. Brees...one of the greatest of all time and another fun team. Eagles...love those guys since they beat the Pats and Thick D*** Nick is back! Rams...McVay is a witch and I love Woods. Cowboys...weird to say, but even them as I respect the hell out of some of those guys and they've had a nice run.
  2. He is a mixed bag, but my goodness I absolutely think he needs another year of play in college. if it isn't at UB fine. Especially if he thinks it will diminishes his chances, but jeepers, this young man needs more seasoning, and I do not mean on the bench (potentially) in the pros, but in College. He played really good games and some poor games, but no matter what I was always left thinking he could (or should) be much better...even in the really good games.
  3. I guess face masks are A OK to do in the playoffs. who knew. how did they not catch that on third down? How did Romo not catch it on the replay? what the hell is going on that it is as plain as the helmet almost twisted off the RB’s head that no one caught that?!
  4. Great year for him and a great player. However, might I please just add something that came up the day, or day after he was drafted by the Bills. Someone on WGR brought up to a Bills rep, or someone from an outside media source, that he seemed extremely disinterested during his media interview, and essentially, disinterested in being a Buffalo Bill. The person interviewed quickly responded, no no, that's the way he is all the time. low key, cool as ice. Well into the McBeane Era and seeing how thing have changed, and even given later Patriot interviews by Gilmroe where he admitted to being a me guy I can't help but believe...yeah...the guy honestly didn't want to be here.
  5. Great...I am about to go have an outpatient procedure done and this is the only thing I'm thinking about. I'll ask my doctor what she thinks.
  6. ahhh. Man. seriously, think about it...100 feet up, more than 60 yards out. That's not necessarily easy, even for Josh. Test it at night time like Roy Hobbs did for batting practice.
  7. 110' is to the top of the upper deck, though, right? I don't think he has to throw it that high to make out of the endzone portion of the stadium. It does look like it would have to travel a distance of 60 or so yards, as you look at photos.
  8. Royale, nothing to do with football here. I swear to you this morning on the way into work they were talking on WGR about what has been going wrong with the sabres lately and alone, in my car, I said out loud, 'Well, if I were super racist I'd blame Obama." ...it maybe would have been funny if there were someone there to hear it. I need to car pool.
  9. I know, right? Jeepers, I love the kid, but why the hell can't he throw THAT pass?!
  10. Michael...we're bigger than U.S. Steal.
  11. Daboll, an up and comer but with the 31st ranked defense on a 6-10 team who I honestly believe shouldn't even really be a candidate anywhere, will be hired after the super bowl, six weeks from now with all other competent OCs snatched up. This...is Buffalo luck.
  12. Even though you are tremendous I honestly thought I just plain up-vote you too much every day, so I shall pause. ...and then you give a curb your enthusiasm response and the flood gates open back up!
  13. For those here and on twitter who have been claiming he has been playing worse and worse lately, Jay, this is...awkward.
  14. Respectfully, I just don't think any of the decisions are handled that way at One Bills Drive anymore. This is a new era of Bills management, and I also don't see Pegs as the meddling type.
  15. Billy, we live in an era where an unnamed multiple super bowl championship team cheats regularly, so... Great post, my friend, and I have no more to add. I think you were spot on.
  16. With the resigning I was hoping the Bills would release a highlight reel. Honestly, I have no memory of a bad snap this year.
  17. Nothing to worry about here. Only everything with our offense depends on fixing this woeful line, which I will reiterate from previous posts that even though they were considered bad I still found them to be overrated. ...and again, Allen didn't have happy feet in Miami and leave the pocket early, he astutely left the pocket just as it was collapsing and gave the Bills at least an opportunity to win the game, even if you think it was a poorly thrown ball.
  18. May I upvote you ten more times and vote for you for President? I’ve said this a couple of times and this should not only be repeated, but spread nationally. these cathedrals are ridiculous. Never stop adding ways to make money, except this nonsense that we have to have death star type stadiums.

  20. What also sticks out a little is that Zay Jones is tied for 2nd with 6 TDs receptions over that period of time. The league lead was 7. I believe he may have had 31 receptions in the second half of the season, as well.
  21. Crazy to think that 9-7 was possible with this team, and the fact that they were more than 50, and by some analyst's tally by the end of the season, almost 70 million in dead cap space. Man I can't help but think there is nothing but "up" for this team in 2019. ...but choose your players wisely, McBeane.
  22. since the injury: 3-3, 8 tds, 7 ints, 5 rushing tds, 207 yards pass per game, 79 yards rushing per game, 286 yards offense per game and AFC Offensive Player of the Week in week 17. Like Freddie's Dead said, I liked the pick then but love it now. I was a Mayfield/Rosen guy headed in. I am pleased and I have little to no reservations on this kid. I am so excited for the future. I am sleeping better at night and my hair is beginning to grow back, as proof.
  23. Antonio, not gonna lie...great point and likely very true. How do you pass up one of the best OT in this year's draft? Especially this team.
  24. My goodness. Given how bad our offense was, and considering that the consensus by most was that Allen needed to sit on the bench for a year how... how... how can anyone look at this tape and consider this guy a bust now?!
  25. ...I know...he'll likely be gone. Man, doesn't it get scary good though just thinking about the possibility?
