  1. Please, Mark, honestly man...it’s summer and I miss movies so much. I also miss the days when we would just all go back and forth on football. Someday, again.
  2. Chevy, I loved Frightenstein so much. It comes up in my minds eye every few years.
  3. I wish we were as unsuccessful during that same time. Side note: Hey Mark, man, I hope all is well with you! I haven't notice as many of your post but maybe it is just my attention span. Be safe!
  4. Yup. From 2009-2015 they were 66-45-1, with 6 playoffs in 7 years.
  5. Thank you for the update, BillsMafi$. So much has gone on this off season i can't remember whether this is some previous condition.
  6. Yeah. my other posts have been about this difficult decision for less fortunate or less lucratively successful players. Not that this isn't a hard decision, but man if you have it in the bank your body is not going to up and complain to you about not playing and neither is your family.
  7. I don't blame anybody for opting out, but I also don't wish this on any team or its fan base, either. Not even the Pats. And I agree, I am not joyous about this, even if we don't lose anybody.
  8. But man, Hap, that has got to still be a tough sell for a young man who believes in himself. Additionally, it is not like he hasn't been making NFL rosters. Solid points, though, by you and @nrenegar
  9. Just checked, too. He has 3.55 million in career earnings. Man, this has got to hurt for the guy. Again, I will not get on anyone's case for opting out, but this just has to be tough. $1.047 million. $15 million or so over his career.
  10. I am not going to get on anyone's case for opting out. This is especially tough, I would imagine, if you are a limited salary player anyways. Just going by the sheer math (I am sure there are other variables) he is also giving up $785,000 (i year $935,000 contract).
  11. Since Beane was named GM the Titan 50 turf they have at the stadium has been growing. It is cut at least once a week.
  12. Hindsight is not necessary for this whatsoever and plays no part in it, so you will find no safe harbor there. ...if as a front office person for the buffalo bills you felt that TJ Graham was not only better than Russell Wilson as a pro prospect, but that he was worth moving up in the third to get, then you should immediately proceed to punch yourself in the nuts as hard as you can until you lose consciousness. ...when you get done laughing because you think I am joking...I’m not, and you can start.
  13. I remember seeing a story about this guy on real sports in the last couple of years. No matter how hard I try I just can’t get the word “hero” out of my head. The man is the very definition.
  14. HUDS, I am actually fully confident that things will go well for you in January. I’ve been watching lately a number of videos on Disney and on their reopening. It really looks like they have many things under control. Allears.net on YouTube and DFB on YouTube are good sources of information. Molly from Allears has been doing videos of the openings since they started back up.
  15. I was at Disney with my family on March 14th, the day before last day everything was open...normally. It is "open" now, technically. Believe me eball, you ARE NOT getting away from the real world if you go to Disney.
  16. No...as Levi stated the URL link says so, which I would find amazingly progressive of the NFL to do, but the actual article makes no reference whatsoever of being able to put fallen officer decals on the side of the helmet.
  17. @NoHuddleKelly12 @Ridgewaycynic2013 @machine gun kelly Guys I know technically they are still around, and hell maybe even in your parts...milk men. I mean...milk men...crazy. I visited Bagel, a member of this Board but who hasn't been around for awhile, down in New England a number of years ago...and they have a milk man. The guy delivers milk, even chocolate milk, and cheese and cream. ...you guys...I just miss the past a bit, ya know?
  18. Seriously, HUDS, isn't that something? My daughter will be in her teens in a few years, and I can't imagine (decades ago) that should would ever end up asking me, "Dad, tell me about space shuttles." "Oh, dad, while you are at it, tell me what "Blockbuster" was."
  19. This is still the NFL. No way teams are not going to take advantage of broadcasting or streaming intra-squad scrimmages, at least once.
  20. Much of what you say is correct. But ....4th best team in all of football?!
  21. I am calling BS. No way a jugs machine can throw a ball over a 15 minute driving distance. How would he even know when to get ready?
  22. He obviously couldn’t get out of that house fast enough to high tail it from the po-po.
  23. That's very interesting. Either way, moving the opening or moving things around just doesn't seem to be a bellwether of canceling the season. I hate you for being clear headed, YOLO. Please panic more, but remember to hug your loved ones and tell them that you love them, regardless of your mood.
  24. Pen, I am not jumping on you at all, my friend. I just disagree with the premise (and it has been raised before) that any delay in the season, or rather the start of the season, means they should wrap things up. We have hockey, baseball and basket ball starting up their mini seasons long after two of their seasons would normally be over and one of them would be near or at its all-star break. I just don't see where it is written in stone that if the Sunday season didn't start on September 13th there would be so much trouble. If it helps them get things straight I can't image any squawk over a season starting on September 27th or October 4th and having the full season go until Super Bowl on February 28th. Combine and the draft can all be very easily moved without any adverse effect on 2021. Mind you, just my opinion.
  25. Can they call EA and the guys over at Madden for crying out loud?!
