  1. need to air it out and the get the O feeling comfortable. if we have to keep kicking 3s against their O then so be it. but need to get our passing game up to speed before next week and beyond
  2. love that lateral. as a rugby fan, i am surprised laterals are not used more often in the NFL. it's not the most high risk thing in the world.
  3. marlon humphrey looking injured
  4. I can't believe he forgot to prepare them. You'd have thought it would be right up near the top of his to-do list this week.
  5. this strategy of deliberate 3 and outs so we can punt 50 yds and intercept is 3D chess levels of genius.
  6. we do concede some mad points
  7. call for a coach to be fired after 1 play (not even) new record
  8. Whenever i feel nervous about this I remember we have the home field and I relax. At theirs, this is a trap. At home it should be fine
  9. If the accusation is ‘overblown’, then it’s not ‘100% false’
  10. I’ve got a feeling we should go all out to annihilate them with bold expansive football. Not get stuck in a conservative game of percentages. Just really try and take them apart from the start. Our caginess and need to win has to be something they’ll look to exploit
  11. Don Shula never won a superbowl with Dan Marino. Both were generational talents in their roles. Winning is never guaranteed.
  12. both are acceptable; especially on internet fora
  13. Thanks for the insights, folks. It really gives me a feel for things.
  14. Was wondering ... As an overseas tellyclapper, I don't get much access to the reality of football in the States. I only get access to the TV production. And I know from the sports I attend over here that this production can often have little in common with the actual game-going experience itself. So, for those of you who travel to road games, which are the best / worst stadia in the league? Are there some that you look forward to visiting, some that have more soul than others, some that you just hate? Some that surprised you? I was at Tottenham this year. Which I thought worked really well as an NFL ground, tbh (whereas Wembley doesn't) and if the Bills are basing the new one on that, it's quite exciting. But it has always seemed to me that Rich Stadium - or whatever it's called this week - is one of the very best in the league. But then I love old stadia. and find, say, the Texans or Cards stadia seem to be big and corporate but lacking in character somewhat. Anyway, just interested. Any views?
  15. It’s funny. If the kid has a problem the kid has no sense of humour
  16. What a christmas weekend. Watched Zappe get stomped and fumble the first play of the game and went to bed. Woke up to see that we've had all but one result go the right way this weekend. It's getting more and more possible! the only negative take i have from this weekend is I'm not convinced we beat the dolphins on their patch. Looks a different team with Ramsey in it.
  17. This Dallas nepo-baby OC needs to get his ***** together and soon
  18. yeah, so running against miami probably isn't the way
  19. Not taking FGs does my head in - apart from in present circumstances Chargers nearly beat us y'day by taking their 3s over and over. They add up man.
  20. lol at 'fraud bowl' 🤣 you should work in marketing
  21. Congrats on the emoji grand slam there. Top work.
  22. He's the won the second most playoff games in the franchise's entire history. He must absolutely be accountable for those successes. As you say.
  23. this is a really exciting season. i know it's in the bills culture and history to just come and stomp teams by 50 points and win the superbowl every year. cough. cough. but this has been a thrilling up and down ride so far compared to most i've seen. and if sport is not exciting, and you're not haunted by the jeopardy of defeat, what is the point of it? we were done after denver and we're still standing at christmas and largely thanks to a man called rudolph. have a good one, all.
  24. he’s then to be applauded for managing the best bills team since levy. End of story
