When the Texans beat KC, there's gonna be double the electric.

A 3rd consecutive Divisional Round home loss? No chance
nosejob replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
I just have a gut feeling that Texans Dline is gonna give patty a bad day. When the Texans pull off the upset, it'll be a sign that we were meant to win it all with it the AFCG going through OP. (Texans take a 27-20 lead in the 4th and the Chiefs don't get the usual break.) -

By the time game day gets here, the Texans ( with Hunter, Anderson and Stingley leading the way) will have beaten the Chiefs 27-24 and the road to the SB will go through OP...if the Bills win. That stadium is gonna will this team to a win. Surprised nobody's talking about this....or at least I haven't seen it. -
The reason Ravens maybe the most difficult out for the Bills
nosejob replied to PoundingDog's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is why I like the 2 back sets. Davis can pick up the blitz and Josh can send one down range...and Cook down the sidelines is ok too. -

Mix in a heavy dose of Alec Anderson and also some 2 back sets. Start punking the deep middle with Knox, Kincaid, Davis and Cook. Put ourselves in a spot where we can take a shot on 2nd downs. Big game from Samuel and Cooper coming up. -
What % of the plays will we play 3 LBs on Sunday?
nosejob replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yep. I wanna hear after, what a brilliant game plan McD and Bobby had....a change from the normal ineffective D against Henry and Riccard. Stupid to think you gotta save for KC. I wouldn't be surprised if Hunter, Anderson and Stingley hold the Chiefs noses in it. Wouldn't that be known when the Bills and the 12th man take the field? What would that be like? -

Agreed. It's been shown time and again T.J. has a hard time with bigger backs. Nickel, soft zone and being stubborn with 3 and 4 man rushes will never beat Balt. I would like to see a 4-3 and rotate run blitzing LBs. I'd even line Solomon at OLB at times. Rasoul and Hamlin on Andrews, Benford on Flowers and Rapp playing as needed, be it FS or in run support. Take away the 2 top targets while having extra pressure constantly. -

I like Romo and would hope in the 4th qtr. he is being broadcasted in the booth and in McD's headset. -

I can't help but feel the same way after the end of Houston and LA. -
They gotta have someone else. How can they leave him out there?

Which team are you most scared of in the playoffs?
nosejob replied to margolbe's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's a bad match up for nickle D. -
I can't help but think McD cost us 2 games. We should be the no.1 seed. It's getting old. If this game is close, will he do something stupid? That's my biggest concern. I'm praying somebody knocks out K.C.

Did or did they not have the convo?....yo Jerod, if for some reason we lose to the Bills, we get the no 1 pick.....which we can turn into 3 or 4 starters. Or did he already know he was done and took the dub. If so , good for him.

Mayo...naise that's a great question.

Having the Nerd run our offense I don't think would be bad. -

Hope to see a lot of him Sunday.

Umm, Can this be merged with one of the old Tremaine Edmunds threads?

I think there still may be a future for him....kinda like Darnold. Maybe he gets into NO or Vegas...
-
I think a little of both. This week I think they held guys out and took the Pats too lightly. I'm also worried about the weather. I think we have a lot of guys on D that can't handle it. Thankfully I'm seeing 45 for Sunday. As far as coaching goes, I'm tired of coaches who can't evolve, be innovative or want to be ahead of the curve....specifically the McFrazier scheme. It's always on one side or the other. We finally turned that corner on O starting with Dabol, but it seems like Frazier came back to coach D. The whole "try to get pressure with 4 is B.S and just grade school math unless you got the apostles up front.

Dexter Lawrence will be on this team next year.

He's right.....

Is it just me...or does he look like Scott Norwood when they show his face on TV?

As of right now, I'd be thinking about 2 Oregon Ducks. Jordan Burch 6'6 295 8.5 sacks. Can play end or tackle. 21 MPH GPS....and Derrick Harmon 6'5 310 5 sacks. Possibly one in the high 2nd and the other in the 3rd. Then sign Reddick to a Floyd type of deal. Get rid of Von and DQ. Pick another DT late. It took a while for Beane to build an Oline and I trust he'll get the Dline stocked. I wouldn't be opposed to trading Ed.
