  1. I couldn't get the game so I listened to Murph and Eric, and as always, they were outstanding. I wish ( on regular local TV broadcasts), that they were the guys. I also was unable to see with my own eyes, our defense revert back to Frazier mode so I didn't get as pissed as usual. Must have been fate not to be able to watch it. Anywho a dub is a dub. And every bit of their info will belong to the CCP.
  2. Not to derail the thread, but I just read a great write up by Chad Reuter on NFL.com. He takes the top 20 senior bowl prospects and compares them to NFL players with a short bio. Plenty of interesting Oline prospects as well as other positions.
  3. I remember listening to a radio show, may have been Bob Matthews, but this woman said...'' Tell Art Modell to go to Hell and take Bill Bellyache with him....when the Browns moved to Baltimore. I still get a chuckle thinking about that.
  4. I was kind of thinking if we stood pat last year, taking Zion Johnson and then McCreary, (sp?) but I trust Beane to tackle building the line this next off season.
  5. not to sound stupid, but this is on prime only?
  6. I for one choose to trust McBeane. I think he's doing a good job at staggering contracts. Everyone can B word about Defensive picks and whatever, but I don't think he believes in a temp build.....like the Rams or Denver. We got Josh then Diggs , had a few good drafts , built a good base for defense and this off season, I'm sure he'll build a great Oline with some other pieces along the way. He's building for long term competitiveness and I love that. I believe come next year, we will have one of the best lines in the league.
  7. I'm excited to see how Beane builds this Oline and you can bet ur ass this is his next step. I know it's early but a thread exploring the 2023 draft would be interesting. There are some mock drafts already out there. On another note, I'm all for giving Poyer a 1 yr. deal for next year. I believe we have one more year to build a future safety tandem.
  8. I get tired of all the griping about the WRs. With no Brown/ Sanders/ Beasley/ Crowder thus far, teams can throw extra coverage at Davis, who at times has had ankle issues. As far as Shakir, putting him and Dirty out there to run the same routes/occupy the same area probably doesn't make a ton of sense in terms of game day numbers, hence the vet gets the reps. Isaiah has saved our ass a few times this year. Davis hasn't had a 4td 200 yd game yet so he sucks, right? I'm smart enough not to hold my breath on that. As far as drops, yeah they suck, but every team has them and at times ( like last week), Josh's accuracy has left a bit to be desired. We do not have Stretch Armstrong on this team. Knox has had to pass protect way too much. Our Oline sucks out loud. Did I forget anything?
  9. So what? Who cares? As long as they're trying to improve their odds. Ya can't cover everybody. I'm happy to have Brown back and having Bease back should help move the chains. Let's start lighting it up, but keep in mind we do need a run game and I'm not sure Dorsey is hip to that. If we can get 4-5 yds. a carry, run with it. we are gonna Squish the fish, big time. Hurt Tua.....not bad , but take him out. After that game in Miami, dishing out some punishment would be great.
  10. I didn't read all 13 pages and could really care less, but for some reason the terms women/fans ....IDK ,all I can think of is yoga pants....
  11. The big question is....Ranch or Blue cheese?....and preferred cholesterol medication?
  12. I sure hope so! The hit by Milano was great, even though it wasn't a sack. I hope this shows people just how much beating the crap out of opposing QBs can really make things go our way.
  13. My biggest hope is they do to Tua what they did to White....and then some.
  14. Well let's see how they adjust at halftime. I'm gonna pay close attention to that. It's really gonna tell alot about these coaches.
  15. I would much rather listen to Murph and Eric Wood, but it's not synced.
  16. Don't know if it's been mentioned, John Brown playing today. That's gonna throw a nice little wrench at the Jets secondary. I'm changing my prediction from 27-17 to 31-17. However I think him playing could lead to a plus 10 points in Bills scoring.
