Somebody had to bend over. edit; They had to bend somebody over. Respect meter falling......

Just threw up in my mouth a little bit. 120 better be for 10 yrs. and proves this team doesn't care about a SB. Just MO They have to sign Frazier first so they can hide behind that stupidity.

Perfectly put. -
How many teams have rotational players who are starters elsewhere? Are we supposed to have 4 Von Millers? Good luck growing old waiting for that. Plus our D.C. is a geriatric statue with no idea how to adapt to anything. I'm amazed at how we performed out of the gate this past year, but the same approach will bury us early this year. Josh can't do it all.

A DE shouldn't be seen chasing down someone headed for the endzone....from a long ways away. Just going off memory from the Cincy game. Also, in 2020 ...or whatever his last year in college was, he was like a half sack or so behind Chase Young?....so pick 30 vs. pick 1?

I get tired of hearing this. AJ is fast and plays limited snaps. He hits when he gets there and took Tua out. Basham can still get better and if we had a decent D.C.that could run some stunts and stick him inside once in a while, we'd probably get more out of him. Same with Shaq. Lorax's last year here we put him inside and he made a play every time. D. Ryans was/is a master of that. Look at some Niners Dline breakdowns. Lawson had the best year of his career, IMO. Kyle Williams didn't become Kyle Williams until like yr. 5 and played next to Dareus. J. Phillips is our best DT if he could stay healthy and pairs best with Ed. Settle was less than I had hoped. Jones is ok. All that being said, I'd sign Oliver to a team friendly contract then get Payne or the guy from Philly and draft a monster somewhere, somehow. Let things shake out and thin the herd after. I think we could get/or could of got a lot more out of these guys with better scheming. Being stubborn and rushing four straight away against 5 linemen , a TE and a back is straight up stupidity. Do they not assess teams game plans/strengths and weaknesses on a weekly basis? That Cincy games proves not. Ok, I think I'm bleeding into another thread.

Ummm yep... let's rush four against 5, a TE and a back and we be fine. Sure that'll work every week..... -

And if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle. I'm sure the coaches were aware they didn't have Von, but yet were unable to use their brains.... -

That last game was the final straw for me and should have been the nail in Frazier's coffin....well exit. Everyone knew the forecast. Why wouldn't you play press man and face plant receivers at the line with the sloppy footing allowing your Dline a chance to get some heat on Burrow. They played it against Miami and it worked. So they can do it, they just won't. Also why wouldn't you play more 4-3 and stop the 172 yds. rushing? A.J. Klein( not to mention Milano), is a much better tackler and blitzer than 49 will ever be. They could have rotated LB blitzes and effectively disguised when and where they were coming from. The most important game of the year and it looked as scripted as the WWE. EVERY team deals with injuries and the NFL is an ever revolving league. Sure it may have taken a while this last year for opposing teams to figure out how to attack our defense, but they did. If we roll out this same stupid crap in September, we'll be back discussing draft position by Dec. 1st. Don't forget how many games Josh carried this team to victory. -
Anyone else on the John Michael Schmitz bandwagon?

Duly noted. You are welcome. -
Sorry I skipped 5 pages, but my first thought was that Josh would have stole his woman.....

Admitting not having a clue is the first step, and may many more here follow your lead. Stick with it. You can do this.

I don't want to drag up the past cause it means nothing.....but Chan Gailey and Jim Schwartz with this roster.....could we have?....... Any way nothing will change until Frazier is gone. Given the fact that the best D.C.s are or will be gone soon, the best thing that could happen for this team is if McD announced that until such time, he will assume also the D.C. role because Frazier is retiring....... willingly or not. That way, he can always come out of retirement vs. having been fired. See, I solved the biggest problem with this team. Ya'll are welcome....or youse all depending on where you're from.

Who stabbed who? Signed Fred Jackson

Let's not forget our management getting poached constantly....ie. Joe Shein etc.

If I wasn't so bored...and cold, I wouldn't be typing this. That being said, how could anyone suggest a 3-4? This staff refuses to play 3 LBs as it is? A 3-4 alignment would mean having elite LB talent and playing 4 would just go against everything the vaunted soft zone nickel is known for. BTW, a 3-4 has been a bad idea since the Cowboys killed us with 4 sets of fresh legs in the SBs.

I believe they made that trade to have the ammo to get their QB the next year, and actually got a great day 1 corner in the process. Mahommes got to sit a year behind Alex Smith while K.C. built a roster. I would have taken Josh at 7 and then jumped Tampa for Vita Vea, but it is what it is. Complaining about past drafts is a waste of time. We passed on Jimmy G., Carr and Wilson, so..... Complaining about schemes, especially defensively is worth discussion. -
PSA: This is Sean McDermott's defense, not Leslie Frazier's
nosejob replied to QB Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well Heath jumped on the grenade last year. This year someone had to take it up the pooper. In this scenario at some point crap has to roll uphill, hopefully this year( like right now) instead of next. -

I read somewhere back during the season that we were 2nd worst in the league in terms of the time of drives we allowed opponents. Given the fact that the field is crowded in the red zone and we forunately on occasion get some good plays from our talent in that situation, this has got to change. I don't care what they do in FA and the draft, unless this Defensive and Offensive scheme changes along with the brain farts on game day, I got nothing. Frazier has to go and Dorsey needs to learn he can't live vicariously through Josh and that his ass is on the line. Do you want to be a Nate Hackett?...and you haven't even measured up to him? If I'm Mcd, I'm breathing fire. He needs to come out with a fresh sale of goods, cause I just can't buy into another year of B.S. I'm glad you're a man of faith and have instilled a culture, but now it's time light a fire. -
I was gonna pick Philly fans ,but I haven't heard anything about them chucking batteries in quite some time.
