I hope users make a stink big enough so that this doesn't become a popular marketing tactic. I doubt it though. I feel like the bigshots got what they wanted on this deal, more than enough to drown out the complaints of their customers. I know U2 feels just fine about the $100 million payday. It's thoroughly disgusting for these companies to deliver unsolicited CONTENT to users. It's a big step beyond spam. It's not the end of the world, but it makes me puke. U2 sucks. I don't want that ****. Don't mess with my music collection. My next phone will not be an iphone.

Yeah, I'm a product of a family tree that looks like an M.C. Escher sketch. It's a top priority for me to make sure my daughter doesn't have to ever deal with that split custody, step-parents crap, with constant family awkwardness and holidays that become a burden, etc...
