  1. 8-yard hitch to GD.
  2. So what if anyone thinks it's stale? Do it for you. It's fun and I recall these from decades(?!?) ago. Nice job.
  3. The team is being overhyped and overrated. I expect another regular season similar to last year which is fine. Winning record (11-6), likely division champs, but plenty of inconsistency especially from Allen. Factor in a weak OL and defense prone to struggle against quality QBs. The playoffs are wide open in the AFC. Bills vs. the field - bet the house on the field.
  4. No brainer to take the Rams.
  5. These relentless super bowl predictions are absolutely nauseating. Do these analysts know who the Bills are?!?
  6. He has a knee issue that unsurprisingly is taking a little longer to heal. He'll be back in October. The news here is that we're now highlighting the fact Jets went with Flacco as backup again which is brutal.
  7. Poyer is gone. Slight chance of a franchise tag next year for Edmunds/Oliver. Better chance of the first decent comp pick in eons.
  8. Per Shefter. I was really hoping (and sort of expecting) this. Good news.
  9. They’re deep at certain positions - WR, DL - but not particularly deep overall compared to the rest of the league. Not sure where the “best roster in league” fluff came from. The OL is still average with no depth which will be the Achilles heel.
  10. Bills chance to graduate to the Super Bowl was last year…this year they’re due to take a step back. Diggs staring into the Chiefs confetti after the AFC championship loss…so emotional, motivating…blah blah. In their rematch they imploded/choked in historical fashion. Enough with all this silly hype.
  11. Not mad. Just irritated, slightly embarrassed, incredibly disappointed, and resigned to the fact they will never get over the hump and always fail in the clutch. Time doesn’t heal that reality with this franchise.
  12. Bills could be blown out by halftime but this THIS is exciting! Perhaps a couple minutes each of Patient #9 and Bark at the Moon and then full Crazy Train. Iommi performed with Ozzy recently at a stadium/soccer show in Europe.
  13. Judging rounds 1-4, Beane has been about average for his classes. Bonus points for taking a franchise QB but relatively even on hits/misses. Top tier (hits) - Allen, T. Johnson, Oliver, Knox, Davis Bust tier (misses) - Phillips, Ford, Epenesa, Moss, Basham Mid tier (debatable/TBD) - Edmunds, Singletary, Rousseau, Brown I knock him for 2022 - trading up for Elam was questionable, RB in 2nd rd was questionable (bonus points for trading down), and Bernard remains a head-scratcher especially in light of OL needs. For his five drafts I'd go B-/C+.
  14. I didn't realize both Hughes and Addison are on the Texans. That roster is a mess.
  15. Seems a lot of fans do root for injuries. It's a loser's mentality.
  16. I think you either go for a touted RB in R1 or you wait it out. Bills second/third pick should’ve been OL but the McKissic situation had Beane scrambling.
  17. What improved run offense?
  18. This shows the value of a vet signing like Crowder. No pressure for McKenzie to go week 1.
  19. As others have said, amongst starters, Poyer and Saffold are likely gone after this season. As will be depth/stop gap players like Van Roten and Quessenberry. Older vets at ST/P specialists and backup QB are often older and don’t matter in the calculation. The only notable returning players 30+ next year will be Hyde, Miller and probably Morse.
  20. I’m glad Bryant hung around. Someday someway he’ll get significant game action. Hodgins is now a cockroach. Practice hero. Some team please claim him!
  21. Yeah but what about Araiza?!?
  22. They should’ve prioritized drafting IOL early rather than relying on Saffold and Morse again. That would’ve helped squash your age mean.
