"Roughing the passer" should be direct strike to head/knees, late hit, or egregious/violent intent.
Making "roughing the passer" reviewable would be as silly as challenging pass interference. Nor should officials have the option to use replay (targeting in college is more consequential). It would kill pace of play.
Most important change is getting rid of the "no driving into ground or falling on QB" stipulation. It's been the slippery slope.

Have to factor in turnovers.

RBs are not a dime-a-dozen, and Bills absolutely must figure out the run game/OL in order to execute in the playoffs. Go-patterns and blow-outs are fun in the regular season, but the team still has that soft underbelly.
It should also be said the Bills RBs, specifically, are a dime-a-dozen which is part of the problem.

Great question. I see numerous replays and continue to wonder who had possession, when they established possession, and when the play was officially over. Does tie go to WR? It looked to me like Fitzpatrick had possession with two feet down before Davis wrestled it away. I don’t care to know the actual answers, it’s just an interesting debate.

I agree it’s Shakir’s time. McKenzie needs to settle back into a support role and enabled to excel in specifically designed packages.

Beane got duped by Saffold in his contract year. Now Bills are stuck with a washed vet who’s apart of the worst run blocking OL in the league.

Fans can have guys like Beckham and McCaffrey in their interwebs world, but in reality, Bills need OL help.

Not criminal. He should be fined severely by the league and a significant (private) gesture made to the guy that went down. If the guy chooses to sue or press charges, well then the silliness can play out apart from the league.

Saffold has been a bust.

Mahomes against this banged up Bills secondary is appropriate for Halloween.

So nauseated by all these games at KC. Not sure I can stomach this one. Take the Chiefs.

Good to see. He should've been on the roster from the jump.

Looks like Bills schedule from last year.

Not a bad game plan to literally throw at Elam every play.

Probably an ugly one today with all these injuries. The danger with Pickett is he won’t hesitate to sling it downfield and put pressure on Bills D.

I have a feeling Poyer being out is cautionary.
he would play if it was KC or playoffs.
I’d approach it exactly the opposite if it was strategic. Ensure the Steelers win and then rest for two weeks with the bye. Bills are getting smoked in KC either way.- 1

I need to modify my original score to something uglier. Bills win 23-12.

Very disappointing start to the season for Knox. Also, it’s wild the Bills still don’t have any other TEs.

I was around Andre Reed at a sports bar in NYC. He was annoying.

It's hard to gauge "upsets" with so much parity (mediocrity) around the league. I'll go with Cards over Birds.

I haven't noticed Epenesa in a couple games now. It appears his disappearing act continues this year.
-
White replaces Elam/Benford, hopefully soon after bye week.
-
I don't trust Allen in short yardage. He tends to panic (sugar high) and prone to fumbles/gaffes.
-
My thought is that the league is vastly mediocre with a couple elite teams and a couple awful teams. End result is that games are difficult to predict and parity rules the day.
