  1. I'd try to sell too after this dumb rebranding.
  2. Bills/Chiefs will still be a toss-up. Against Dolphins/Ravens/Bengals/Chargers, Bills would be favored but an upset could happen if one of those teams are hot/healthy at the right time. It’ll come down (as usual) to Bills ability to execute in the clutch…perhaps avoiding that 4th & 1 gaffe. Bills are never a sure bet.
  3. Without Poyer and Milano, Jets should score some points. Bills 31 Jets 28 Last second FG.
  4. Let’s be honest. Milano is due to miss some time. He sustains multiple injuries every year.
  5. Sounds like he’s still under evaluation for the oblique issue. Should get some kind of an update on Wednesday. Based on his injury history, have to assume he’ll miss some time.
  6. “We” gave up Moss and a 6th round pick that can become a 5th round pick after just investing a 2nd round pick in what was supposed to be a similar player. Some of the negativity stems from what this trade says about Cook and getting such low impact from a second round pick. And then an even worse pick in Bernard but that’s a separate conversation…
  7. Trade deadline impacts the power puffing this week: 1. Eagles 2. Chiefs 3. Bills 4. Cowboys 5. Vikings 6. Dolphins 7. Ravens 8. Titans 9. Bengals 10. 49ers 11. Seahawks 12. Giants 13. Chargers 14. Patriots 15. Jets 16. Rams 17. Bucs 18. Falcons 19. Browns 20. Commanders 21. Packers 22. Saints 23. Cardinals 24. Broncos 25. Colts 26. Bears 27. Raiders 28. Jaguars 29. Steelers 30. Panthers 31. Lions 32. Texans
  8. Perhaps the Bills would view Hines as better than Cook because he's an established veteran with vastly more production and experience than Cook. Cook's numbers aren't relevant due to limited opportunities and when/how the Bills have used him (which doesn't inspire confidence at this point). Singletary and Cook may not catch the ball all that often in this offense because they aren't good at it. Hence...Hines.
  9. Trading for Hines after drafting Cook early, cutting Bryant, and bringing back Dean Marlowe(!) still could hover in epic fail territory.
  10. Marlowe has to be a joke.
  11. Agreed. The simple fact they had to trade for Hines after using a 2nd round pick on RB could also be labeled insane. McKissic really did a number on Beane. Biggest takeaway here is that Singletary is now 101% gone after the season.
  12. Cook’s numbers are drawn from very limited opportunities partly because the Bills don’t trust him yet. The upgrade is the responsibilities that can be placed on Hines….and still with upside.
  13. Hines & Cook for Moss, 2nd & conditional 5th/6th 🤔
  14. Not giving up. But Hines is a significant upgrade over Cook this season which is obviously the focus. I agree it’s problematic Beane used a 2nd round pick and yet was still stuck in the RB market. McKissic continues to reverberate.
  15. Decent get. Troubling though that the Bills were still in the market for this style back even after investing a 2nd round pick.
  16. Now list the players they acquired with the draft picks.
  17. Miller is a short-term fix. Chubb can be a long-term difference maker. There’s a reason the Dolphins gave up so much.
  18. This has got to be the best NFL trade deadline ever. Dolphins the winner so far.
  19. Problem is that Bills need OL and most teams, good and bad, aren't giving up decent OL.
  20. Dolphins are on fire. Great move. Exciting times for that fanbase.
  21. BOOM. Dolphins survived the Tua fiasco and now they're shooting their shot. They'll be right on Bills heels to the end.
  22. I like these moves by teams positioning assets for the future. Not every trade needs to be rentals to contenders.
