    On what basis do fans draw this conclusion? Allen is an elite athlete, a good QB, with a handful of incredible games. More often than not, he's wildly inconsistent with accuracy, decision-making, ball security, and composure. Are you also saying guys like Herbert and Prescott could rival Mahomes in Reid's system??

    Next year, I'd like to see them go back to the 90s performance art/theatre shows with a rat-packed dedication to old Vegas. Won't happen. Probably be Adele since she's there for a residency anyway.

    Ah, I wasn't tracking all that. So yeah, there's some combination of three clear issues with him. And it may take him elevating a guy like Kyler Murray to finally get a HC job.

    He seems to be stuck in the shadow of Reid/Mahomes and not given the credit he may (or may not) deserve. It makes sense that he laterals to another OC job to run an offense himself. Also, at this point, one can assume he's not a good interview.

    Mahomes is racking up MVPs, championships, and Super Bowl MVPs amidst what is now a dynasty. He's already in the conversation for top 5 QB ever. The need to continue to try and somehow drag him back into a comparison with Allen is pathetic at this point.

    Her mic was probably lowest in the mix, no doubt. She was one cog in the production bomb. It’s more about pure entertainment now than individual talent. They may as well just show a movie at halftime.

    She wasn’t lip-synching. She was singing along with backing tracks. It’s become the standard with pop singers to allow them to sing off-key and take breaths.

    The challenge for these fans has become that to keep Allen on the imaginary pedestal, they now have to tear down the rest of the team around him in order to rationalize and excuse.

    Agreed. The production was fantastic. Some beautifully clean visuals. Yes, I could nitpick her odd energy and the music itself, but alas, not a Rihanna fan.
