    Allen is in no position to ask for a new staff. If anything, how about less golf this summer...

    Defense got the FG stop when they needed it. Allen had the game in his hands (again) with three minutes left. He was inaccurate all night. And of course immediately tried to bail to the sideline on the corner blitz. Allen shoulders plenty of blame.

    The move at this point is to fire Beane. Yes, Allen got outplayed by Mahomes again. Yes, Spags/Reid outcoached McDermott again. But continued failings of first round picks and cap complications are fixable reasons why Bills are on spin cycle.

    They have the best QB and perhaps the best coach and can make due. Bills don't have that luxury.

    Neither call would've been overturned. And neither worth a challenge. There's better ways to drum up more McDermott criticism.

    I was glad they were being aggressive to get the one first down they needed rather than stuffed on the ground. No guarantee they'd prevent Houston from a FG try even with no timeouts. And especially punting from back of end zone.

    Hard to recall the last time Allen completed a long ball. That pass to MH was inaccurate but catchable. A more capable WR would've tracked it.

    Worth noting that most of the discussion doesn't involve Diggs. Take that win. I thought he kept it in check while having a solid game. (perhaps also worth acknowledging Stephen A.'s source reporting was bang on)

    I expect the Jets to shut down Allen again. But 6-4 is not out of reach.

    Of course not. He should've never had the opportunity for this financial re-set/do over.

    It seems the Bills have become what most level-headed fans expected them to be. A borderline playoff team pacing for 9-8.

    The problem at the end wasn't passing considering HOU had 3 timeouts. The problem was the pass plays/routes. Brady may deserve criticism for that, but the aggressive approach made sense in theory.

    Allen looks how he always looks. Capable of both monster games and long lulls. A better athlete than passer.

    And worse than Mitchell and others. Regardless, just hoping for a reception next game.

    Neither 2-0 start is particularly impressive. Need more time to see what these teams actually are, especially the Bills.

    Allen will be under pressure and Lawrence will connect on every third down.

    I thought Miami would take the division, but obviously now they're in an early hole. Jets are impossible to gauge. Pats D will keep them competitive but unlikely to contend. Bills schedule/injuries will catch up. It's still wide open, but at least Bills got a quick first step.
