3 1sts would be a non-starter for us since it’s not a QB.
2 1sts & 2 2nds is a fair starting spot IMO. Even if we had to add something else
Bears at 9 for Nabers
Broncos at 12 for Odunze
Seahawks at 16 for Thomas Jr
Would be more realistic move ups for us
with Brady’s connections to LSU, I’d think Nabers or Thomas Jr would be the trade up targets.
Also Brady recruited Troy Franklin even though he didn’t end up at LSU
The Cardinals wouldn’t care they are in the NFC and who knows what their GM would agree to. Worth exploring all options
Well in part because MHJ was previously asked what QBs he’d want to play with. Allen was 1 of 4 he mentioned. Not Mahomes! The others I think were Lawrence, Stroud and Herbert
yes it’s become a troubling theme. It’s likely due to a number of factors…
such as teams being permitted to hold/interfere with WR’s in the playoffs /
us not scheming players open or using motion enough /
not having a legit threat on offense to take attention away from Diggs
I'm very happy that we added Edwards. 2 Super Bowl rings. Insights into KC's defensive schemes. Playmaker. 4 Defensive TD's. 3 INT's in the playoffs. 27 years old. Low $. If he performs at a high level we can lock him in for 3 more years. Seems to be a quality character who strives for more than being called "underrated"
Incoming All-Pro 😎
It will take 28, 60, 2025 1st & 2nd for AZ to consider. You'd then likely need to add another pick or Diggs depending what they'd prefer
Well, Julio is probably the greatest player in Falcons history. Seems like a yes.
good point. Beane would have to be very confident that he loves football before making the move.
While we’re at it, consider Nabers 6-9 range or Odunze 10-15 range if they get there.
Then there’s the move many here would be willing to pull and that’s Brian Thomas Jr. 16-23 range
it certainly could turn out to be worth it.
it’s not like this team has other critical needs. Our roster is already better than 3/4 of the league I’d say. Plug a few holes and pull this move off
would make for quite the hype going into training camp if a generational WR is suddenly here with Josh
the difference was Watkins wasn’t viewed as HOF type player. Harrison Jr is viewed on that level at least by some
Wait for it….do you hear that?
it’s the sound of posters feverishly hitting their keyboard….
to lecture on why this would never happen and why no one should ever think about something they don’t want you thinking about
🤡
There would be a reasonable chance that if MHJ was a Bill, he’d be the best WR in franchise history & give us the firepower on offense to prevail in the post season.
0.5 % of it actually happening.
I do expect us to trade up. Likely between picks 16-23
