I watched the Browns game on Christmas Eve last season. He had 265 yards in Houston from Joe Flacco. Cooper is a baller. An exceptional route runner who generates separation but is also good in physical contested catch situations. Maybe he hits the market bottom line: we acquire a WR1 with a cap hit lower than 1 million. We give a 3rd, 7th and get a 6th Absolutely an A Grade for us
