  1. contract is untradeable insane dead cap hits
  2. more realistic than Myles Garrett and still impactful
  3. how much cap does trading Samuel free up ? I'm guessing barely any this year and a small amount next year?
  4. PS signing here would be good
  5. Put Samuel on IR for 4 games. Let him "start over". Acquire Cooper Kupp. He could be a better version of Beasley for Josh
  6. we'll need them to eat most of his remaining salary for this year, so it would be a 2nd This is about 25% of the reason I want us to acquire him
  7. if it's true his feet are hindering him and he needs off-season surgery, we might be wise to look elsewhere
  8. it's a good debate and strong points to be made for both sides of the ball. Baker would be a great add for sure
  9. 2022 Playoffs: Kupp 33 receptions 478 yards 6 TDs Amari Cooper Cooper Kupp Shakir Coleman would really be an impressive group. IF and it's a fairly big IF he could stay healthy for January.....huge Also, rooting for it to happen just for the COOOOOOOOP chants all game
  10. Might be like adding a different version of Beasley. If we knew he could stay on the field, would be a great acquisition
  11. fair point for sure
  12. I mean, hasn't Sam Darnold been good?
  13. Well, this makes it possible for us. His contract is workable.
  14. Thanks for 3 great seasons of production. It's a real shame it ended how it did Cooper is a better player right now IMO. He is a more complete WR that offers aspects this offense hasn't had
  15. Isn't he a UFA now? He's still only 26 and is a pretty good blitzing LB with 18 takeaways I would absolutely like bringing him in Now a deal with Jacksonville for him would be incredible. A change of scenery could do him well. 17.5 sacks last year. Only 2.5 this season That said, his contract is virtually untradeable for Jacksonville
  16. Not players who have been talked about much, but I'd look at Tyler Boyd who could slide into WR4 on this team immediately and would potentially only cost a 5th or 6th if made available. Or, Demarcus Robinson who has 13 receptions for 198 yards with the Rams this year
  17. Good for him. He was misused here IMO.
  18. Isn't Hollywood Brown expected back in November or December? KC will probably add someone like Demarcus Robinson and MVS
  19. Our offense is now capable of being a top 10 unit consistently IMO Cooper Shakir Coleman Kincaid 4 legit options in the passing game. I'd still ideally like us to add another legit WR due to Samuel's injuries and Mack Hollins
  20. If the Bills hadn't already acquired Cooper when we did, someone else would have given a 2nd for him this week IMO
  21. I don't see one player making much difference against them other than maybe a monster DT. Our best hope would be Lamar not performing well in the playoffs
  22. We could have had BTJ and Keon if we really wanted!!! Oh well
  23. Garrett has foot issues that need surgery, so NVM on him. Simmons has an elbow issue that also may need surgery Any other ideas? Giants OLB Azeez Ojulari or Browns DE Za'Darius Smith are intriguing and rumored as potential trades (unsure of cap implications) With Samuel's turf toe and now a shoulder injury, we may still be wise to go after another WR IMO Coleman and Shakir are already benefiting from Cooper. https://www.nfl.com/news/2024-nfl-trade-deadline-teams-inquired-about-rams-wr-cooper-kupp-steelers-chargers-interested-in-jets-wr-mike-williams Cooper Kupp has drawn interest, although his cap #'s look prohibitive Diontae Johnson's attitude and comments, I don't think Beane would view him as a fit here Hopkins, Adam Thielen, Mike Williams, Tyler Boyd are options who would give us 4 Legit WR's
