if the cap never went up, I would agree with this. However since the cap will be going up around 90 million over the next 3 years… Fretting over extending your own solid players at less than current market value seems like complete absurdity

considering what the Eagles DL did in the Super Bowl, it’s time to focus improving the DL as much as possible honestly we need a major upgrade at DT + the other Edge swing for the fences call NYG for Dexter Lawrence. Assuming you can’t get him, try to sign Jonathan Allen or DJ Jones for Edge, Khalil Mack, Joey Bosa, Harold Landry are also options who could really help…if they can stay healthy
