You won't have to trade a 1st though. The original ask was a 2+ something else. It's now reported the deal is expected to be closer to what Cooks got

I'm guessing that originally Beane's interest was lukewarm based on the asking price + the $$$.... but since Houston retained $ on Cooks, there is precedent for that to happen and if Arizona has come down on their desired return... it makes sense we could suddenly have serious interest

I do agree that Diggs is great in the slot. I don’t understand why our offense didn’t look like it did week 1 in LA all year. the quick passing game with slants was great all of those players can play both positions and be moved around to keep defenses guessing and create mismatches
