One problem is...even if we do acquire a reasonably good offensive player.... this staff has got to be the slowest at "on-boarding" & "trusting" players before they are even given opportunities to make a difference.

He'd likely be an upgrade at KR and PR for starters. We could also use his speed on offense. Harty is quick, but no one is actually fast
