Reader might be worth it to Beane. He caused havoc against us in 2 playoff games. We showed interest in 2020 and Beane has a habit of tracking players he covets until acquiring. Reader is 29 and DQ is 32. We could do a 3 or 4 year deal + some void years and backload the contract. KC gets Chris Jones at a 7 mil cap hit this season. We should be able to get Reader for 5 this year if we so desired

I think Bills may look to get a few years younger and upgrade from DQ as much as I enjoyed his time here

it would be pretty surprising if we didn’t agree to terms with multiple UFA’s by Wednesday. Some players take their time, but many others / agents have already had discussions and know who is interested and the places they’d like to go

I’ll randomly guess contract negotiations the sides are far apart. Dion and his agent likely want top 5 LT money and Beane maybe offered 12-15th ? Just speculation on my part Perhaps Beane and Sean didn’t appreciate Dion’s comments prior to the KC game which gave them extra fuel. Also, his recent interview trashing the Jets DL His value is probably as high as it will be. I’m kind of indifferent either way honestly

IMO LT isn’t quite as critical as it’s made out to be when your QB evades pressure at a high level. You can certainly win a Championship with an average LT.

Josh Allen makes up for it as much as he can the only other elite player is Milano Ed Oliver & Taron Johnson are close Kincaid could be elite. Diggs could be elite again, we’ll see.
