  1. it remains to be seen what actually happens with Diggs. I would prefer to keep him, but I highly doubt he actually wants to be here. We’ll see over the next 4 weeks what the plan is with him ”where there’s smoke there’s fire” if you’re telling me other teams are salivating about adding him and they still consider him elite…. then I should be able to acquire a 1st for him (even if I need to toss in a few picks) then I am doing that. He has simply NOT made nearly enough of a difference in the playoffs. Different situation of course, but KC didn’t hesitate to move Tyreek Hill when he didn’t want to be there due to $$$ and decrease in target share. And the result? They went to the next 2 SB’s
  2. I really like the idea of 2 WR & 2 DT in the first 4 rounds. Especially if Sweat is one of the DT’s. DeWayne Carter from Duke would be nice to snag in the 3rd or 4th Oliver DaQuan (hopefully re-signed!) Sweat ________ another rookie Ankou could even be an upgrade from the position last year. Phillips, Settle and Ford didn’t offer a lot over the course of the season IMO
  3. this would be amazing. Nabers and Worthy would supercharge our offense. Oh baby!!!! Though this would be virtually impossible unless Diggs was traded with a couple of picks to get another 1st. Honestly considering the 9th pick is the Bears…they are so unpredictable. I could actually see them trading 9 to us for Diggs + 2 + 4 or something like that Diggs + 28 would certainly make them think about it. They’d have Moore & Diggs for Caleb Williams and could still get another WR at 28. The trade might not be worth it to us however
  4. Uche is nasty. Would gladly take him. I’ll take DT Lawrence Guy too. They just released him. Immediate upgrade from what Settle and Ford brought at the very least.
  5. let’s sign up for that now so he stays away from KC please!
  6. Never thought I’d say this, but if we can only afford to keep 1 of Floyd and Epenesa: I’m keeping AJ. He was a difference maker and seemingly every QB hit came at a critical moment. He also batted a lot of passes. Perhaps he can be a 10-12 sack guy with an increased % share. My guess at EDGE would be: Von Rousseau AJ Kingsley _________ Rookie
  7. would be amazing for this team if Von played like Bruce & Reggie did in their mid 30’s. Those were the years they had their best seasons. Who knows how much he has left after the injury. Here’s to hoping he gets his confidence back & stays out of trouble off the field
  8. Mixed feelings. I really want to love Gabe Davis. He’s so frustrating. His ankles get banged up every season early and he isn’t the same player the rest of the year. Fantastic blocker and work ethic. Has obviously made huge plays. For whatever reason(s) him and Josh have gone backwards with chemistry. The connection is gone. Minnesota OT game, Jets game late, Eagles OT game, etc. There’s always a miscommunication between them. He’s had a handful of games with 0 receptions. He’s dropped a few critical balls in the past few seasons. The ball is turned over wayyy too much when he is targeted. I think it’s a combination of him not being utilized properly by the staff and his game I am NOT looking forward to him going to KC and putting up 1300 and 13 TDs. Because I could totally see it happening. A fresh start for him and chemistry with Mahomes would be a nightmare
  9. you could be right!!
  10. if we don’t get Allen some quality dynamic WR’s that can actually catch and make plays for him……. It MUST be priority #1 based on some of the advanced stats, he could be a stud in the mid rounds for sure. Would be excited about him
  11. what more affordable vet would you like to see that can provide close to the production of Sutton?
  12. they have maybe the best DC in the league. Allen would have had 4-5 TDs instead of 3 if Diggs and Sherfield caught the passes they should have
  13. excellent first 3 rounds!!! Man I would love that
  14. I have no idea how those conversations go. But, contracts are re-worked often to help the team’s cap and not necessarily decrease the players potential earnings
  15. I may be mistaken, but believe it’s an additional 3.25 miliion against the cap this year if he’s traded. Certainly not impossible. Then next year you’d be paying something like 22 million? for him to not be on the roster. Bills would need to weigh the impact. Can he still produce at a WR1 level? Probably. Is his attitude and behavior having enough of a negative impact on the team to move him? I would really only want to trade him if a 1st is coming back, or he goes off the deep end to the point you have no choice but to take the best offer and move on
  16. I’d much rather see us construct an offense that can get ahead of all that defensive trend. Find explosive playmakers. Imagine how good we could be with 2 burners on the outside like Miami has. & you sign Derrick Henry to really put defenses in a tough spot on every play. Are the Bills running an option with Allen, Henry and Cook? Is it play-action deep to one of your big rookie burners on the outside?
  17. he won’t leave Jax
  18. considering his production the 2nd half of the season, there should be a good chance the Bills approach him to do that regardless of the trading aspect. Same should happen with Von
  19. The cap will keep going up from the new TV deals and league profit
  20. why would the Niners be stupid enough to trade one of their best players to the team they just lost the SB too. It would be insane personally I think Franklin is more like a faster Justin Jefferson than he is Zay Flowers
