  1. We didn’t sign any high priced vets last year? Certainly not on offense. Beane’s goal (if Diggs stays) should be Mike Evans / Michael Pittman Jr / Trade if you miss on those, at least get Curtis Samuel or Darnell Mooney who are instant upgrades from Sherfield as a floor with potential to be very impactful. AND regardless you get a WR in Round 1 + another in Round 2-4
  2. I would wait on Von. If he gets his confidence back he can still be an impact player for us
  3. Hahaha don’t worry, I’m sure the Bills have someone with a green visor counting the pennies that can be completely disregarded! we are going on a SPENDING SPREE baby Park Place & Boardwalk! Then pass GO, collect 200 million and do it all over again🤣 Castor Troy for Asst GM! Spend that $$$ baby. Wrong movie oh well haha In bleak reality this just makes it more likely Beane shells out 17 mil a year to keep Gabe Davis
  4. if the cap keeps going up, dead hits are much less impactful
  5. no it’s not? After June it’s a 7.4 mil hit. They save around 19 million for the summer
  6. Now that this is official, the next 3 weeks around the league will be entertaining
  7. I wonder if the Bills would do something like this with anyone
  8. IMO I'd rather try to land Mike Evans or Michael Pittman Jr than go after an expensive safety. The market is going to be flooded with starting safeties. We should be able to get someone like J. Chinn, Brandon Jones or Mike Edwards for a reasonable amount
  9. Some teams will be willing to make him the highest paid Defender in the league. He might be worth it Dallas. Houston. Chicago
  10. Go play in the NFC!
  11. If the Bills are interested, Michael Pittman Jr is now a possibility considering his age, growth, ability and friendship with Josh Allen
  12. MIKE EVANS COME ON UP!!!! honestly if we could find ANY way to get Chris Jones here it should be explored. With the cap increasing this much, I think we can create around 40 mil in space realistically that extra 13 million should give us enough to go after 1 quality UFA if we so desired
  13. Floyd still got good $ though
  14. This would be unacceptable IMO
  15. With that idea in mind, IMO this is fairly realistic Diggs = Diggs Franklin > John Brown C. Samuel = E. Sanders Shakir = Beasley I've been wondering about him, I thought he was still under contract with the Saints? If the guy is healthy I'm interested EDIT: He's not a UFA "Thomas has played just 20 games in the last four seasons, has found himself in conflict with his Saints bosses, and last season settled for a salary reduction from $15.5 million to $1.165 million (but with a massive roster bonus of $32 million as part of some cap manipulation, still a sign of a coming goodbye). He did manage to play in 10 games and caught 39 balls for one TD, so he was largely insignificant." https://www.si.com/nfl/cowboys/news/dallas-cowboys-blockbuster-trade-new-orleans-saints-michael-thomas-proposed-media-move-fit-rumor-dak-prescott https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39539615/saints-offseason-jameis-winston-michael-thomas-rashid-shaheed-more WR Michael Thomas Thomas isn't a free agent, but he has major roster bonuses built into his contract that would facilitate a release. Thomas was once a key part of the Saints' offense, but he hasn't played a full season since 2019. Thomas was also arrested last season after an altercation with a local contractor over a parking issue in his neighborhood. Thomas played 10 games in the 2023 season before being placed on injured reserve for the rest of the season with a right knee injury. Considering his salary and his injury history, he likely could be looking for a fresh start. 2024 status: Under contract What the Saints might do: Likely release
  16. Ideally we can keep 1 of AJ or Floyd otherwise Beane is going to forget about WR's and go crazy with defense the entire draft
  17. of course....right when he starts making a difference
  18. glad to see you’re feeling better😂
  19. would prefer him to be WR3 Diggs Rookie Samuel Shakir (mostly slot) Rookie Shorter it looks like he did have an impressive season under Brady with 851 receiving and 200 rushing
  20. he’s 27. 5’11 which is taller than I expected to see and ran a 4.3 40. His floor is an instant upgrade from Sherfield
  21. Does this mean we get calls going our way now
  22. How about a trade to NYG? Dawson Knox, 2nd & 4th in 25 for Dexter Lawrence? lol
  23. Samuel had his best season under Joe Brady .....wait for it.....here they come those dreaded words.... IN CAROLINA NOOOOOOOOOOO 🤣
  24. Samuel or Mooney could be good value signings
