Diggs cryptic comments - 2024 edition

IMO, Diggs comment crosses “a line in the sand” and is direct disrespect toward Josh -
Diggs cryptic comments - 2024 edition

Not cool. -
The size and speed of BTJ or Xavier Legette would be ideal. AD Mitchell could also be in that mix
-
Keon is way too risky IMO. Ladd...we already have 2 very similar players in Kincaid and Shakir Give me BTJ all day
-
I expect we'll use him in an all purpose role. He'll be inside, outside, in motion and in the backfield. Really happy with the acquisition. We got faster on offense and more unpredictable
-
5 Round. Pleasant surprise to see BTJ make it to 28. Then we landed Xavier too. Dynamite! Possible starting Safety RB 2 or 3 DT 4 LB 4 EDGE 4 or 5 OT / IOL value wasn't there

You may as well shut this place down for a week if we take a DB in the 1st

One month out, who are Your Guys in the draft?
Warriorspikes51 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
BTJ / Xavier / Xavier Honourable mention to AD Mitchell, Troy Franklin, T. Sweat -
for a conditional 3rd in 2026 I would have done that deal
-
the Jets don't need anyone else on Defense.....
-
Bo Nix = Troy Franklin

I believe that too. Him joking about taking a WR in every round is a tell IMO. I know he usually sticks to smaller moves up in the 1st, but I suspect he may be on a mission to actually stack the offense. I don't expect it to be MHJ, unless he makes it past pick 5 which is extremely unlikely. NYG at 6 for Nabers (28, 60, 2025 1st, 3rd) CHI at 9 for Nabers / Odunze (28, 2025 1st, 4th) DEN at 12 for Odunze / BTJ (28, 2025 1st) SEA at 16 for BTJ (28, 128, 133, 160 for 16, 78 - we get our 3rd back) That said, if the Cardinals at 4 are willing to accept 28, 60, 2025 1st, 2nd and maybe a 4th....then I'm in for MHJ

Is drafting Diggs replacement a priority in this draft?
Warriorspikes51 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Top Priority. -
a lot will depend on how his private workout with the Bills went. I'm thinking he could be had with a trade up in Round 2 after we snag BTJ / Legette / AD 28 + 2025 1st, 4th for 9th: Nabers / Odunze Or 28, 128, 2025 1st for 16th + a 3rd this year: BTJ

Gunner's 2024 Mock Draft - FINAL v3.0 NOW LIVE (p.13)
Warriorspikes51 replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think AD has a high ceiling and I'd be happy to have him. However, there's clips of Mitchell taking plays off when he knows he isn't getting the ball that are somewhat alarming I'm sure teams will really want a satisfactory explanation -
Legette has a massively wide frame and is faster than Moulds was IMO
-
Legette looks like a monster

Gunner's 2024 Mock Draft - FINAL v3.0 NOW LIVE (p.13)

Worthy going to Miami is Not. Nice. Would much rather see DT in Round 4-5 (assuming the Longhorns are off the board at 28 and 60) Beane has signed 3 DT's if you include DaQuan. IMO he wanted to feel like the position is no longer a desperate need. -

Diggs cryptic comments - 2024 edition
Warriorspikes51 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
everyone apparently forgot the chaos he caused last off-season with his antics. Even Josh said they were working through some stuff. There are multiple people on here who have legit team sources proven many times over that have said the Diggs situation is not good. Screaming at Josh in his face in the room after games over perceived mistakes is unacceptable. Many of his interviews, he plays on both sides of the fence intentionally to fan the flames. This off-season he did so at the Pro Bowl and with Kay. Then took to X. He absolutely knows what he is doing and how it will be perceived. Plus he’s become invisible in the playoffs. Again, loved the guy since he got here…but I don’t know anymore. IMO Allen could really benefit from a fresh start
