Getting 1 of the first two + another DT within the first 4 rounds would be a home run IMO. That said, I’d sign up for your picks right now. I’m a bit off my rocker, I’d get Grant even if a trade up is needed. Then I’d do the exact same for Collins if he makes it to Round 2 Can you imagine those 2 together against the run?!?! Could also do a 5 man staggered front as a pass rush package with them both out there next to Ed, Greg and Joey. Pocket implosion. I’m so tired of the interior DL being gashed or completely invisible when it matters. Having those 2 monsters rotating in the middle and together….no one will run all over us ever again. It would transform the entire defense.

I wonder how asking your own guy to take a pay cut while dishing out $$$ to 2 players out for 1/3 of the season goes over amongst the team

Agreed. This signing was huge. He's a player capable of being a 1st Team All Pro Without it, our free agency so far would be a poor grade IMO His one game here was a career game for him.... 3 sacks and 6 TFL's Let's hope there's a lot of that at Highmark

it's not just that....there isn't nearly enough vertical threat in his game. He's been relegated to catching 5-6 yard passes for the most part

Alfred Collins seems to be a close 2nd as far as 1T goes. The Eagles have Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis. Both Massive. I'm sure it's not happening.....but the Bills getting Grant and Collins would transform our defense. Or, get one of them and a TJ Sanders/Joshua Farmer/CJ West and we should see an immediate difference

IMO, Grant or Collins could be kind of like Dexter Lawrence. That would REALLY help our defense immediately
