The odds are set and adjusted based on keeping the betting even on both sides. The people betting effectively set the line. If the Chargers fans feel dissed with the current line, they need to take advantage and bet a bunch of $$ and the line will adjust.

So what is the over/under on how many opponents will be coming off a bye or Thursday night game before playing the Bills? I'll take a shot at 4 (25%).

I have DirectTV for two reasons. 1) Sunday Ticket 2) Portable for my RV (cable or FIOS not so much). I have double play FIOS in my house now (phone/internet) and for about $30 a month I could add FIOS TV and replace DirectTV. But 1 and 2 above keep me with them. And their Customer Service is second to none.

But you have to have a QB behind center that can hit a 20+ yard pass more than 5% of the time. If you limit your offense to 10 yard passes or less you will go no where. Look at the past 3 years for proof. I agree that the running backs were not used enough, this is a no brainer. But no downfield game hurts the running game also. Please find a QB that can hit the 20-40 yard downfield pass consistently.............

A team is built from the trenches out, period. Couple that with a great QB and you will be a contender year after year. Nix and Chan understand building the D and O lines. And for the most part have hit on all OL/DL decisions (draft choices, and FA adds and exits). Now they just need to find that great QB..............

How about a blitz on a rookie quarterback? Can you imagine the great defenses allowing Luck to stand back and throw the ball with a standard 4 man rush. Christ Wanny don't confuse the poor kid.
