  1. Breaking news....there are no "easy" NFL games, just in case today didn't ring a bell.
  2. The Bills simply aren't motivated. That comes from within. Sorry folks, if they make the playoffs don't be shocked by a one and done.
  3. Wildly inconsistent and unmotivated. Not a good combo.
  4. Yep. Sky high for KC. One good half vs Balt. It's clear they're unmotivated
  5. I didn't see that, I've got YouTube TV😬
  6. Correct. In today's NFL, these front offices are basically playing a "real" fantasy football game with their rosters. You pay the wrong guy(s), or a slew of injuries, it ruins things in a hurry. It's not as easy as people think. In Cincy's case, they paid the QB & Chase big bucks. Throw in Higgins now, a significant chunk of the cap is taken up. The trade-off is losing guys like Joe Mixon, a pretty good RB, and the other 50 guys get the leftovers (defense anyone? lol). While the cap is great in theory, it also kind of penalizes a team who happens to hit on a draft class, as everybody's contract runs out in 4 or 5 years. Look at some of these QBs who got off to rocky starts and teams chose not to keep them around.... some are thriving now (Darnold, Mayfield, Daniel Jones).
  7. Given the Bills playoff history, nothing is certain as far as who or where they play these up & coming teams.
  8. Jeez, this sounds like a Steelers fan post. McD ain't perfect for sure. Keep in mind the assistant coaches and McD employ strategy sessions during the week, pre season etc. It's up to the players to execute the coaches plan(s).
  9. I can respect that take. My opinion, something is off with KC. Whether it's simply an aging team or a team not as hungry, I'm not sure. They're still dangerous but I think it's unlikely they win the AFC West now. Never count out Mahomes or Reid, but it looks like the end of a remarkable 7 straight AFC title game run.
  10. Actually it was the Bills' SB. The Bills are the team with much to prove. I'm just trying to be objective here. A Bills loss yesterday ( thankfully a no) would have been devastating to the psych of the team. I'm wondering why it took so long to flip the switch this season. Outside of the opener, this has been the only game with lots of intensity. I realize rivalry games can bring that out, but let's see how things progress from here.
  11. at least twice now we've moved into the Steelers-KC-GB protected class
  12. Ok, I see emotions are running high here. The ball was not caught, the Bills were lucky that wasn't a personal foul. There was no need to hit him after the ball hit his arm. If it was the other way around, well....
  13. wow, Bishop with the cheap shots, no call maybe this is the year afterall
  14. Green Bay is what I would call " the worst of the best teams" lol. Wildly inconsistent.
  15. Yeah, annoying as heck. Thanks, it's going to be in my head all day😬
  16. Yeah, he and Don Criqui were together for a long time. I thought they were better than Enberg & Olesen ( Enberg was very biased to the west coast).
  17. I'm in total agreement, especially on the 2nd part....while 99% of the nation is sick of the KC favoritism, they ignore how the Raiders & Browns get screwed routinely. Hmmm, which franchises/cities sued the NFL & won? https://youtu.be/4B8u0mViDEU?si=RXqSbzSb6l-5OXIt
  18. I'll give Harrison props on that play, that was amazing (and some piss-poor tackling). Throw in the amazing catch by Santonio Holmes to win it. *****, the Steelers earned that SB😝
  19. Steelers fans are delusional & spoiled from 70s success. The forget that one of their heroes, Bill Cowher, was 1-4 in AFC Championship games in Pittsburgh (the lone win almost wasn't, a Hail Mary vs the Colts was nearly caught). The lone SB Cowher won (vs Seattle) was probably the worst officiated championship game ever among the 4 major sports.
  20. A culture of cheap shots? Patrick Queen, Minkah, even going back to Hines Ward. I also see in the article one of the NFL's biggest thugs ever, roid-rage Harrison called out moving on from Tomlin. It would be great to see the Steelers fade into the oblivion for about 20 years.
