  1. Right!!! If Herbert was so good, the LAC would be a contender every season. He's way over-hyped.
  2. San Fran got roughed by AFC teams this season, should have lost to GB. Ratbirds looked great in the 2nd half, ordinary in the 1st half. Yes indeed. If they lose today (they won't), this board will be on suicide watch.
  3. Right. People act like the Bills are the only team with an injury bug. I think the Bills take it in a close one. KC's offense is really inconsistent this year, Mahomes can't rely on his WRs. Stack the box, force Mahomes to throw against a sub par WR group. It's really that simple.
  4. change Splitting hairs really. It was indeed implemented after the 13 seconds game fiasco.
  5. I'm scared the Bills get a TD in OT, then the Chiefs get a TD & a 2 point conversion to win🥶 Damn rule change the Bills lobbied for will burn us.
  6. BB & Harbaugh. Atlanta going "all in" on cheating candidates apparently.
  7. Oops. Lol I never liked how he called his team mates out. PS- always thought Moon, Kosar, & Esiason were better QBs than JK.
  8. Right. There were 4 QBs that charmed all the experts, if you include Rosen in there. Sometimes it's just luck. Sometimes it's a baffling head-scratcher. Nobody knew how good JA would be, there were concerns about accuracy & the level of competition he faced ( like Carson Wentz). Drafting a QB is an "inexact science" IMHO. KC had Alex Smith, nothing before that since Len Dawson. Then they got Mahomes. One decent QB in 40-50 years....you'd think you'd luck out on a pick at least once or twice in that span. Be grateful for JA. Best QB since Joe Fergeson. 30+ years of sadness in between.
  9. I'd say that's the reality of all 32 teams, finding that QB. These front offices all do their "due diligence" yet many miss all the time. There's a little bit of luck involved in it. There are more stories of missing on a high-pick QB than obtaining one, from just about every team with the exception perhaps of Green Bay.
  10. Yep. Browns are cooked now but what an amazing season. Poster child for resiliency. Meanwhile, BenGals fans cry about Burrow being out.
  11. Delpit has been out, they're exploiting Hickman, who was a PS player until December. Browns lost 13 starters this season, somehow survived. Truly a team effort by them to get this far, looks doomed now though.
  12. They got their team back in 1999 against Paul Tagliabue's wishes. Buffalo & Pittsburgh the only teams to vote against the stupid Modell move.
  13. Refs hate cleveland
  14. When I saw that it made me laugh. Detroit's dome was used last year, I still say the NFL screwed that one up, although they did the Bills a huge favor there.
  15. Over rated Shouldn't exist Their fans are as obnoxious as Dallas Sorry, besides the Steelers, these are the worst of the playoff group IMHO
  16. True, but the Bills are the better team in general. Both teams share a maddening trend of losing to lesser-caliber teams. Jaylen Warren is the wildcard player on the Steelers, he can be elusive in space. The Bills should be able to contain Najee Harris and the weather may negate Rudolp's (& JAs ) passing abilities. If the Bills get up a couple of scores, say 10-14 points by the 3rd Q, I don't think the Steelers can catch 'em. They're vanilla on offense except for a splash play by Pickens or Warren.
  17. Yeah, the weather may dictate quite a lot. You'd think it would be "advantage Bills" simply due to the dual threat of JA. It's tough to run on Pittsburgh, but I think the Bills can if they stay patient. Rudolph's downfield passing ability has helped open up Pitt's running game. Well if it's windy, that hurts Pitt quite a bit. Probably a low scoring slugfest. Whomever gets to 17 points 1st wins it.
  18. Yep. I simply don't understand. I thought the "net neutrality" act was meant to help the consumer with tv & media, but it seems the opposite is true.
  19. Well, I agree BUT think about this.... Amazon lost a court case regarding allowing unionization but they refuse to obey it and coerce/threaten employees who dare to try & organize. You think they give two cents about anti-trust stuff with the NFL. Walmart owns 2 teams, Rams & Broncos. They don't give a darn either about it. Sorry. Maybe that belongs on the political board but that's how I feel. The average Joe gets screwed no matter what.
  20. SF is all smoke & mirrors. Dallas will beat 'em this time, they are the better team
  21. Just like McD planned
  22. Cue up "Tragedy" by the Bee Gees
