  1. Need to try and clamp down on Gibbs and Jamo, IMO. Amon-Ra will get his regardless, so try to eliminate their explosive plays. When both Gibbs and Jamo are going off, that’s when Detroit is the most dangerous animal. I agree with others, we don’t want this game to be a track meet. Pound the rock on offense, control the time of possession. Make each offensive possession a war of attrition. Have to convert in the red zone. Should be a really great game, I hope that we’re on the winning side. I expect the team to play well in this one.
  2. I never thought that I’d be saying this, but I’m coming around to the idea that my hatred for this era Chiefs team is starting to rival that of the Patriots. 🤬
  3. A zig-zagging DOINK off the left upright. GTFO, lol 😂
  4. This Chiefs team is about as fun as dog vomit, but dog vomit is more interesting to look at. Sprinkle in some fairy dust with zebras, and you have a cute little picnic for the masses. Luckiest team ever.
  5. This ^ To keep doing the same thing over and over again that is killing us, is maddening. Change some things up! Make some adjustments in real time! Admit to yourself it’s NOT working.
  6. I think both of these can be true at the same time. Certainly looked like both was particularly on display today.
  7. The situational awareness is baffling at times, especially at the end of games. I just don’t understand the logic. Any kind of stop there (as good as Josh is) will burn clock and you’re forced to use one of your 3 timeouts. It’s like conceding the game is over unless you recover the onside kick. And that’s exactly how it played out. It’s absurd.
  8. The real MVP only ripped off his suit, donned his suit and cape, then proceeded to fly around the stadium. JA17 is a true unicorn.
  9. I think Josh is the most deserving, that is, if you throw out any other position winning the award. If any position can and will the award, then you really can’t have a conversation without Barkley in it. He’s been absolutely unreal - on a historical level no less. I know that I’m biased, and will openly admit as much, but my vote is for Josh Allen. He’s taken our team to a different level this year by cutting out most of the turnovers and being his usual self.
  10. Yes, it’s changed dramatically. I will say one thing about coach, he generally always has his team prepared for big games in the NFL. He’s consistently been good in that regard. I’m just hoping that he has the stratagem and chops to take us to the Super Bowl. I’d like to just see one Super Bowl win in my lifetime before kicking the bucket.
  11. Would really hate to lose Brady, and this stinks right before the Chiefs game. Hate this kind of distraction.
  12. No, it’s not the camera angle. He’s fat and out of shape, no sugarcoating. He’s not even remotely fast, agile, or elusive to begin with…so you’re left with a fat statue in the pocket. Played out that way to end their season, not surprised.
  13. Great post, and I completely agree with you. Sick to death of excuses made for Mahomes when he’s basically had one of the best situations for a young QB to walk into for his entire career.
  14. Love this! Haha 😆 My daughters grew up with Peppa, Dora, and to a lesser extent the Transformers. They were really, really big on Peppa. Me and my wife didn’t mind watching Peppa with them, as opposed to something like Caillou (that used to grate on my nerves hearing him whining constantly). Nice blast from the past.
  15. Yeah, I’m not a fan of Ron Rivera. I’ve been critical of Sean McDermott, but the man can coach defense and generally puts together a sound defensive plan. Hard pass on Rivera.
  16. Bills 26 Chiefs 21 The defense rises up in the second half, and we ram the ball down their throat to close out the game.
  17. My wife said the same thing, lol. He really is a clone of Rodney. It’s really uncanny. He definitely strikes me as a sharp dude with the X’s and O’s, and what he did with a small, weak-armed QB like Tua is pretty impressive. I think he schemed around Tua’s deficiencies. That said, this does not seem like a leader of men. You can kind of tell some of the players don’t take him seriously. Someone that is going to inspire, lead, and a guy you’d want in a bunker. The Dolphins missed the boat when they let Dan Campbell go, big mistake.
  18. From his time at Louisiana Tech as the QB coach when I coached with him? Anecdotal evidence and everything, but I learned a lot from the guy. He’s been around the block and back again, for quite some time.
  19. You’re the true MVP 😊
  20. My bad, I didn’t pay attention to the time stamp.
  21. Smart guy, I’ve always liked Pete. I wouldn’t mind bringing him onboard in whatever capacity with the team. He’d be a positive force with Josh Allen’s continued development going forward and looking ahead. Good call, 78.’
  22. Same here, that’s the only way to be. Can we please stop putting the cart before the horse? Let’s pump the breaks a little bit, let the team do its thing while cheering them on heartily. Nothing wrong with optimism, but let’s wait and see how the games play out before prematurely popping the champagne corks and dancing on the ceiling as the confetti falls down.
  23. I agree l, he’s probably the best option that’s out there. I like it.
  24. Hate, hate, hateeee this guy with the passion of a burning thousand suns. He’s just brutal, and blatantly flawed.
  25. Trust the process, complementary felonies, family! What more can be said that hasn’t already been said in here: get rid of this POS as soon as possible and able. Just pure human scum.
