    The "One game at a time" approach that the Bills espouse has seemingly worked well for this team. There will likely be stumbles along the way, it's a long season. But the way the D is executing, and how Josh keeps doing Josh, I feel will see us through.

    It's a pity that he has been overlooked for a HC gig, he certainly deserves another shot. That said, I am very happy that we have him, for as long as we can keep him.

    Beane and Sean salaries Whatever they are currently getting, it probably doesn't reflect the level of success achieved to date. I would hope that the Pegula's pay them both in line with performance, whenever they next uprate wages. Based on what we have seen so far, it seems they both deserve a big raise.

    After watching both games, I have to agree that while Ryan had a day, Josh performed in a class of his own. An MVP level of command, control and execution IMO.

    Both Frazier and McDermott are excellent, we are blessed to have them. The jury is still out on Dorsey, but the early returns are also excellent, bearing in mind his lack of play calling experience.
