    Speaking from experience not coming from a 2 parent home is by far the biggest factor that plaques the black community. I had to learn so much about being a man from strangers or coworkers.

    I know how lucky I am. I'm the exception, not the rule. The change starts within. I knew the environment I grew up in wasn't right and I did whatever I had to to break that cycle. I wish people knew how powerful they really are.
