  2. 100% everytime a play doesn't work it's ALL Josh's fault now. Got it. Those other guys getting paid to block & run have nothing to do w/ it. Someone should let McD know, sounds like an easy fix. 🙄
  3. Yep. They're not going to change any of this. So it's completely a rhetorical discussion, purely for fun.
  4. I suppose they're more east than Indianapolis is South. 🤔 Maybe move Baltimore to the East, Miami to the South, Indianapolis to the North. There fixed. This is turning into a geography thread more than a football thread.
  5. Details, details. Same way Miami, the most southern city in the league isn't. It's football not geography. 😉
  6. Good get by Beane. We need the help on the O-line depth. Veteran CB next please.
  7. Well, since we've already blown having a healthy team (Hyde & Doyle are done for the year), might as well go get that ,#1 seed.
  8. Might have been helpful to have another receiving option like Shakir or Hodgins available. Of course there was no way to know pregame the injury/heat issues they ran into.
  9. How many trash McD threads are we going to have? This is like the 3rd one.
  10. When is Ike Boettger due back? (I know he's a guard, but at this point we just need bodies).
  11. Does he actually watch the games or is he just a highlights hero?
  12. He had more completions than the Dolphins had offensive plays. He set a franchise record for attempts 63 (see below) in that heat, w/ o-linemen going down all around him & had a 67% completion. He put the ball right in Davis hands for a TD, that was dropped. He led them to FG range at the end & there was a false start, & still came back w/ the pocket collapsing he hit McKenzie to set up what would have been a 60 yd FG attempt, they were about 3 seconds too short. Other than the missed pass to McKenzie on 4th & goal, not sure what you want. He played his guts out. What we're seeing from him is what elite looks like.
  13. If he wins the Superbowl that will end a lot of the arguments/doubts about the Bills, McD, Josh etc... No point debating it, let their play do the talking. This is a put up or shut up year. We'll see how it ends.
  14. Sounds about right. Beane's going to need to pick up a CB & probably a depth Safety in the next 24hrs. I see Cam Lewis being active as well
  15. Moss has the longest run, set us up nice in Fins territory. other than that didn't think Singletary or Cook looked much better than him. Pretty uninspired run game. But then again the whole Oline except Dawkins was out & we had a 3rd string center, that didn't help. I'm still waiting to see that speed from Cook, I've heard so much about, he's been kind of disappointing so far for a 2nd round pick, but it's super early yet.
  16. This was a team loss. Hopefully they learn from this that the little things, focus & execution are the difference between winning & loosing close games. (If they do, then this will have been the best loss they could have). Until they learn to win close games, I fear they'll be vulnerable in the post season when the margin for victory tightens.
  17. Well, let's just plow all the snow into their sideline for December 18th. 😉
  18. Sure coaching definitely could have been better, clock management for sure. But McD didn't drop a TD catch, a pick 6, to a TD throw, miss a FG, bobble an end of half snap, make it 100+ degree heat index w/ no shade on the sidelines. While he could have been better for sure he had his very shorthanded team in position to win not once but twice. Players got to execute.
  19. That makes me feel a little better.
  20. They were working on Allen's hand just before the last drive (after the missed TD throw to the end zone on 4th & goal). He came back in for that last drive.

  22. Any idea if we sustained any long term injuries or were they just heat related? Thinking Kumorow & Vanrotten in particular seemed more than just the heat. (hard to win when the entire O-line goes out of the game except 1. Yet they almost pulled it off).
