  1. Agree 10000 %!! This!!!
  2. For YEARS now myself and many on this board have been saying the same things over and over. He needs to be more patient. He needs to stop the hero ball. He needs to manage the game better. He needs to run less. He needs to slide. Over and over. The coaches from McDermott down have said the same things. Over and over. Josh has said the same things himself! Over and over and over. Last night he said same sh$t, different day. I'm just becoming very worried that this is him. That he will never make the necessary changes. Can we consistently win with the current Josh? Yes, no doubt. Can we win the SB or SB's with the current Josh? I very much doubt that. Would almost require dominant D and a lucky run. I hope I'm wrong, but last night really has me thinking this.
  3. How many times are we going to say this?
  4. O looks like late last year, no rhythm, no identity, Josh not comfortable and turning it over
  5. I'll say it over and over. He's too light and gets blown up. He'd be better on edge
  6. Run D looks extremely bad, as it did in preseason. Very worrisome
  7. Josh...I give up. He just can't stop himself.
  8. Lol oh, you haven't been around here very long have you?
  9. I agree with him in general. Josh looked jittery back there, didn't step up, and left the pocket early several times. Hopefully it was the circumstances that others have mentioned and not a lack of confidence in his protection as a carryover from late last season
  10. Doyle done forever, Snell retired. Beane needs to make a move THIS week. Period.
  11. Coach McDermott...those glasses are AWFUL....
  12. Is it just me or does Dalton look....easy now don't flame me too much...Kelce like? Also Dawkins looks like a fat pig. Wtf???
  13. As bad as Brown is, Dawkins looked like crap last year and so far the same this year. Officially concerned.
  14. Ok all starters OUT. Can't risk injury. Pitt playing at high level with INTENSITY. Bills were not ready in any way. Move on.
  15. Well...Davis looks good. But to be a broken record, Brown cannot PP, he is HUGE weakness, he is goingto get Josh hurt and cost us games. Beane needs to admit his mistake, be aggressive and trade Boogie or Espenesa for a mid level RT.
  16. Forgot to mention Cook. He looked comfortable, confident, fast and silky smooth. I'm hoping a big year for him.
  17. It's obvious they want Torrence to be starter and Bates backup center. He held his own. Kincaid was in first 2 series, maybe they wanted to keep him under wraps a bit because he was invisible. Backup O line a disaster. Pray no injuries. Middle D bad against run. I'd like to see Daquan and Poona in there early downs. Let Oliver be pass downs or move him around, he gets plowed. Allen has good arm but I see what they have been saying during camp. Bad decisions , looks jumpy. Frankly if Josh out a game I'd rather see Barkley, he was terrific today. Isabella flashed! Reminds me of young Beasley. Keep him. Shavers flashed, love his length. Harty is TINY! Yikes, but I can see how he could be explosive in open field. All in all a decent performance. Next week we get to see the closest to what the week 1 Bills will look like.
  18. We will be fine. He was on the bubble this year frankly. RB room is loaded, best shape in years. We have Harty and Shakir as returnees. Bad break, but not a big blow as far as I'm concerned
  19. This is great news. And anybody that doesn't understand that, doesn't understand a good football organization, and hasn't witnessed what a poor organization the Bills were for the majority of their existence. Other than the Polian/Marv years.
  20. This is pretty obvious. McDermott will be the DC this year while he will have a big role as his understudy. The plan is he will be the DC next year.
  21. Cautiously optimistic. O better, D might be statistically worse, but in the long run more aggressive and better under McDermott. Hoping Josh better, finally becomes patient. Team is no longer the media darling, if anything they are now looked at as chokers. They will play all year with Boulder on their shoulder. Barring injuries, I believe they have a good chance of winning it all
  22. Absolute JOKE. He may not be Lombardi, but he's a top 10 coach at this point. Ridiculous garbage.
  23. He has stated this several times the last few years. I will believe it when I see it. I hope he does finally get it, he needs to and soon.
  24. I think we do need to put that game in perspective. We were two drops(Knox and Shakir) late in the first half that would have turned that game into a rout. Not taking anything away from the Fins that gutted it out with a third string qb
  25. This! I think we are going to be pleasantly surprised by McDermott D, especially by the end of the year barring major injuries. But need to be patient. Beginning of year liable to be slow to get kinks out, might give up more big plays than in the past. PATIENCE. I know everyone on this board will be just that...🙄🙄🙄
