Diggs is what I would call a mercurial personality. It gives him his intensity, but also makes him frustrated and irritating at times. Frankly it might not be a bad idea to move on from him now. His value will really drop from here on in. Yes I know we need WR desperately, yes I know he still can be terrific. But KC traded away a HOF wr in his prime and they seem ok with their HOF qb, and so would we. Move on from him.

Question. We are going to have an extra 3rd, the comp for Edmunds. If we want our guy, would that pick and 28 get us into the top 15?

So I have mixed thoughts on this. I thought he did a pretty good job in difficult circumstances. I would like to see how he could do. On the other hand, it's clear that this process was clearly a sham, and that's not good. It's too important of a position and time for Josh and this franchise. I would have liked to seen others interviewed other than those for the Rooney rule, experienced former OC as well as up and comers.

Reports are that Brady interviewed yesterday. Tee Martin I would expect next. He interviewed last time, plus he will satisfy the Rooney rule. If they don't interview anyone else then we know they are not real serious and are just going to give the title to Brady. Hopefully they will not do that. This is a critical hire.
