In addition to the attributes you listed for Singletary and Moss, they're both considered excellent pass blockers which is obviously very important in the NFL in this day and age and particularly for Josh and this offense. Cook on the other hand might be limited this year due to being a "work in progress" as far as pass pro goes.

Stadium Renderings are here!!!

Sorry if it's already been mentioned but does the delay in releasing the renderings possibly have to do with the fact that the September 1st lease deal has been delayed up to 45 days? -
As for positional value, like all GMs, Beane has players stacked on his final draft board. Like all GMs he takes positional value into account when stacking the overall board. If he takes an RB in the 3rd round it's because he believes it's a solid value... and he's already discounted that player due to position. Will Beane sometimes reach? He has admitted to taking a player (Terrel Bernard?) above his ranking if there's no one else he likes and if he can't trade down. We all agree that no one bats 1.000 and that Beane does a great job.

A few thoughts from reading the last few pages: Singletary was a 3rd round pick. He's started 40 of 45 games over 3 seasons. That's good value for the 74th overall pick, especially considering he has one more season on his contract. I don't view James Cook as more than a 8-10 touch a game weapon. As to comparisons with Thurman Thomas and Devin Singletary, Thurman had what looks like a sturdier frame than Cook and had nearly 3300 touches in his career. Singletary whose nickname is "Motor" is 5'7", weighs over 200 lbs and can squat 550 lbs. Cook is both taller and lighter than either Thomas or Singletary and appears to have a slight build. I think Cook can be an excellent weapon for this team but I don't see him as a starter or a workhorse.

Bills have 5th oldest roster in the NFL

I'm not convinced they'll extend Edmunds but I really have no idea. They say they love him. Hopefully more impact plays as Frazier says. -

Interesting that they included Knox too. He and Edmunds are both on expiring contracts. -
Shear the Sheep? We're just as much an unknown for them too. 10 catches for 107 yards and a TD with Jared Goff at QB. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/202009270buf.htm

I'm really hoping Spector can develop enough to succeed Edmunds. -
Our new punter will be (Update pg. 38 - Martin Signed)

Also possible/likely is that Kern's agent told the Bills what his "Yes number" was and the Bills weren't willing to meet it. -
It does. But that appears to not be a popular idea around here.

As others have said, I agree the Bills will run more this year. I agree that Dorsey will be a bit more compliant with McDermott than Daboll was. Add in the Kromer factor and the fact that the Bills are carrying Reggie Gilliam, Tommy Sweeney, and Quintin Knox and I think it's very possible Singletary increases his rushing per game by 7.65 yards (130 yards/17 games) and reaches th 1K mark.

Anybody Concerned About Our Defensive Backfield?
Sierra Foothills replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall
Everyone in this topic has spoken about the D-line/pass rush or the secondary/coverage but don't forget the Bills have two of the best coverage linebackers in the league. They're a big part of this team's effectiveness against the pass. IMO as long as the defense stays healthy they'll be fine. Moreover I believe Elam is ready for the challenge and will be competitive because they'll play to his strengths. McFrazier won't be afraid to have him press Kupp in pressure situations where Stafford has to get the ball out quickly. I think we'll be fine. JMO. -

The staff at the XFL? Was he talking about Araiza? That guy was always about publicity. Let's keep beds out of this... especially random beds. -
